Am I the only that has thought up the idea that Illusion Control's Phantom Army should have the option of creating duplicates of yourself (sans your powers, that would be too powerful) instead of of some random generic NPC's? It is illusion afterall... "Here Bad guys! Which one is the real me? Mwhahaha!"

just to add my 2 cents in regarding the lvl 50 costumes...
i occasionally run into a younger player (in terms of game time), and they loko at my trenchcoat, or they look at my angel wings and they ask how i got those.
I say you get these as a veteran player by X amount of months.
Really 50/50 of their responses is:
A: Awesome! I cant wait!
B: X Months?!? Im not playing this game that long to get those! And then they usually finish their /tell with some form of insult for allowing myself to play the game for so long.
So I see this the same way. If people want this, theyre going to play the game regardless if they have it character creation or hitting the level cap and running some content.
Like the veteran rewards, it just takes time and its a prestige thing for having these rewards.
Is it fair to everyone? No. But then you cant please everyone. -
I would like... what I call animal spirit auras.
Basically they would be something like Jean grey as the phoenix :P

It's probably 'possible', but this game does not work that way BY DESIGN.
Wings do not give you the power of flight.
Wearing armor gives no protection.
Heavy coats don't make you resistant to cold.
While some powers will affect your appearance, it doesn't work the other way. Costumes do not affect your capabilities. -

Is the vanguard pack unlocked account wide? Or is it like the anniversary badges, and you have to log into every character to get them within a certain amount of time? -

Remember when Anthony Michael Hall was cast and everyone lost their minds cuz the INTERNETS fueled with rumors as him playing Edward Nigma, and then speculating in the third film he'd be The Riddler.
Then themovie came out and he was some random reporter. And regardless of who he played or what he did, TDK was complete awesomeness?
Yeah, well that's how i'm going to look at any OFFICIAL casting news. Regardless of who they are going to play, I trust Nolan and the movie is going to be full of win. -
something i noticed. the Vangaurd Pack is unlocked account wide ( so in thoery we should be able to make a new characer in 2012 and get these)... but what about the new aura, badge and chest emblem?

I would estimate that at best maybe 10% of the playerbase of this game plays it on Mac hardware. Is it really -that- hard to understand why any updates for Macs for this game will pretty much always be on a lower level priority? I'm not trying to dredge up the decades old "which machine is better" debate - I'm just stating an obvious fact. If 90% of the playerbase played on Macs then we be using a brand new Mac launcher today. It's just that simple. *shrugs*

I am trying to save different keybind .txt files to my iMac, but I cant seem to find the directory in which they are saved.
I can find the folder in the show package contents, but not sure what is the correct string...

sign me up for this one. Also, I find it amazing that whenever we get a new power set, it does not make it into the APPs as well. I hate that my psi/psi blaster doesnt have some willpower awesomeness to go with his psychic abilities.

So a few weeks back I tried to redeem my XP power while teamed. I claimed the power but it never appeared in my tray or powers tab... I heard in a channel that if you were teamed while redeeming it you wouldnt get the power.
Any word on a fix for this? -

Odd that although everyone's reporting this as "Anne Hathaway to play Catwoman", the actual studio press release refers only to "Selina Kyle". Bane is mentioned by name, though not secret identity (who cares who a c-list ersatz villain really is under that discount luchador mask?), and Christian Bale is billed as playing "Bruce Wayne/Batman". Maybe this is merely reading too closely into some flack's copy, but perhaps it hints at how Nolan views the characters.
Ill wait and see.
