78 Month Vet Reward Bug Fix?

So a few weeks back I tried to redeem my XP power while teamed. I claimed the power but it never appeared in my tray or powers tab... I heard in a channel that if you were teamed while redeeming it you wouldnt get the power.

Any word on a fix for this?

Support will add it to your toon if you send a petition. They've had to add the power to a couple of my toons, even one that I didn't get it on after I made sure I wasn't teamed. Dunno whats was up with that. A fix would be nice.
