I didn't submit this because it's way too long, but a long time ago, Tony used to write little short stories about Taxis when they joined our garage here on Infinity. He got better and better at them, and one of the last ones he wrote was a story about when Taixbots Ciar, Pip, and Shorty joined. You can read it here. I think it's one of the best stories I've ever read, and I still tear up even today when I read it!
Anyway, I'm not submitting it for a prize, but it's there in case you want to read a really good short story about me and my friends. I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but if you ever meet me in person, you'll see that I still always wear that badge, the same one I've been wearing for years. -
I can't wait!!!
Thank you again, Bob, SO much for bidding, I'll do my best to make sure everyone has a good, fun time! Also, I really appreciate you sharing the tour with others, that really is generous. -
This was a lot of fun, and I'm really excited to see what events are planned with the influence that was raised! I'm sorry I was late, I really wanted to be there for the trivia contest, but I'll do my best to be there Thursday. It sounds like a lot of fun!
I really appreciate Johnny Taxibot donating his time to be auctioned off. He met up with Kumquats after the auction, and I even joined them in the Arena for a gladiator match a little later. It was a lot of fun! I've only tried one or two gladiator matches before, and I enjoyed watching all of those nasty villains fighting each other instead of me!We also ran one of Kumquats's stories in Architect Entertainment, which was a blast--literally! She's really sweet, complimenting us on our uniforms and saying nice things about our tours. I hope we'll be teaming again soon!
And speaking of the tours, I can't wait to take Lost Bob on the city-wide tour! Tony has been helping me study up on all of the new badges (there's a TON of them) so that I'll be the best tour guide I can be. Johnny's offered to help me out by forming up a second team, and we'll try to take as many friends of Bob with us on the tour as possible by forming a league. So if you want to go, make sure you talk to Bob about when he wants to have it and tell him you want to be invited! I can't believe he bid so much, but it really made me feel special. Thanks, Bob!
And, of course, I have to also say a HUGE thank you to the members of PERC, especially Ska-Core and R-Tech, who ran this event and kept the excitement level through the roof of Pocket D the whole time. I love my heroes on Infinity, and I love you guys for helping them to have so much fun at these events! -
I'll come! I'm a level 50 Taxibot, yay!
-
Thank you so much for hosting this! It's the first time I've ever won in a costume contest!
-
I'll try to make it! I worked on missions for Tin Mage tonight, so I don't really need the rewards, but I would like to come just to see my heroes!
I have only tried this task force once, so I probably wouldn't be a very good leader. Oh, and I would like to be on a team that doesn't speed through it as fast as they can or anything. I like chattering during these missions, and if everyone is rushing through, I won't be very useful at all. I'm not saying we have to deliberately go slowly, of course, but hopefully you know what I mean. Sometimes I get on these teams where no one is talking and by the time I get my bearings, everyone is on their way to the next mission, and I don't like that very much. -
Quote:What an unbelievably nice thing to say, thank YOU so much! I didn't really do that much except tag along and chatter, which I guess is what I'm best at!That was the best Tin Mage TF I have had yet and on my BDay so THANKS
Wasn't our team great? It was an honor to be there with everyone, and I really thank you all for letting me and Polly come!
I hope your birthday is so happy and fun-filled! I wish I had known, I would have given you some presents. I'll have to see what I can find and wrap up, I'll try to get you something by tomorrow! -
Congratulations to all the winners! I hope to see you all next week!
-
If I tell jokes at the one on May 30, will I have a better chance of winning?
-
Hi there! I want to go! If there's a team that isn't going to go through it as fast as possible, I want on that team. I mean, we don't have to deliberately go slow, I just don't like rushing through everything, and you know me, I like to chatter with my heroes.
I'm Taxibot Belle (of course!), and I'm a security level 50 Taxibot Defender! -
Hey! We're still here! You should come see me sometime on Infinity! I love helping out the heroes there. Just yesterday, I greeted two heroes who are new to Paragon City. One liked my jet pack, so I took him to the person in Firebase Zulu who sells them and give him enough to get one. I think he really appreciated it!
-
Hee hee, don't listen to them, welcome! I think Infinity is the best! It's been my home for several years, and everyone is just so friendly!
-
Quote:Hey, we're still here! It's been so long since the Taxibots were in demand in the Hollows that i expect that Warden (understandably) feels the statue of imitations has run out on that promise.
I can be found on and around Infinity, and I like to help my heroes out as much as I can. I love meeting new heroes especially, because they're always so nice! Now and then, I still have a really high-level hero say something like, "Hey! I remember you, you helped me out when I first started!" That's just the best!
You are right that we aren't needed so much for transportation services now. Still, we try to be as helpful as we can in other ways. When I see a new hero, I always try to stop and see how they are doing, if they have any questions, and get them started. Sometimes I give them influence or enhancements. I've made so many level 10 and level 15 inventions that I have my own worktable at the University!
A lot of times, I try to go on some missions with them. I don't just go as a teammate, though, I also try to explain some things like how chat channels work, how to make inventions, how different types of missions work, like listening to the police radio, defending banks, finding stories in Architect Entertainment, and so on. If they have time, a lot of times I'll take them on an escorted badge tour of Atlas Park, or even to meet my friend Annah in Croatoa.
I try to encourage others to help out as much as I can, and sometimes people even want to make a Taxibot and join us. Sometimes they don't stay long, but we have had many Taxis over the years that have stayed for a really long time, and who have become really good friends of mine. I wouldn't trade my Taxi family for anything!
When I read things like what people have been doing here, it always makes me really happy that there are still so many heroes around, and reminds me why I love being a Taxi. You all keep up the great work, and if you stop by Infinity, be sure to say hi to your friendly neighborhood Taxibots! -
Quote:I haven't read all of the replies here, but if you want to, check out some videos I made a while back with some tips. Personally, I did it with Inertial Reduction. If you are around Infinity and want to meet me in Pocket D sometime, let me know, and I'll help out! What tricks are you using to get your best times on the ski run? I know acrobatics helps a lot what other power pools or temp powers would help with control and speed?

Happy New Year, YAY!!! I'm in Pocket D, so if anyone wants to drop by to celebrate the New Year, come see me!
-
Merry Christmas my Infinity heroes! I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season! Don't eat too much, and be sure to do something nice for someone today, and after that, keep doing nice things tomorrow, and the day after that, and the day after that! And once you do that, then go to Ouroboros, and do something nice yesterday!
If I saw you last night and gave you a candy cane, find a new hero, sneak up behind them, and give one to them without saying anything. They make neat little gifts and let people know that you care!
Love you all,
Belle -

Hi everyone! I have some unfortunate news. A couple of days ago, the City Administrators had to shut down my account because they say it was hacked, and they had to sort everything out. I don't know what all happened, but if you've seen "me" between late Friday night and and Tuesday afternoon, that wasn't me, it was an evil impostor!
I mention it because they said it was one of those RMT people. Those of you who know me know that I'd never get mixed up in anything like that. In fact, since all of the Taxi's services have always been free and I give away most of my stuff in contests and to new heroes, I really wouldn't have any need for that stuff at all. I've never cared that much about getting stuff before, and I'm sure not going to go to those lengths to get it now!
Anyway, if anyone ran across "me," I'm really sorry if it caused any trouble or if "I" did anything that was hurtful or that bothered anyone. The City Administrators have been really nice and helpful, and although I didn't get to help out my heroes for a couple of days, I really appreciate them helping to protect my reputation when they saw something wrong! Nothing seems to be missing, and if it was, it looks like the City Administrators put it all back, so that is a relief. I really appreciate Avatea, Mr. Ocho, Mr. Roland, and Tony (who worked with everyone!) to get everything back to normal, and I've changed all of my passwords so that it hopefully won't happen again!
I think it happened to some other people too, so if you can't get to the city or you have a friend who suddenly disappeared with no explanation, you might want to let them know. Create a ticket at the support site and the City Administrators can help to get everything working again!
Thanks, and I'll see you around the city! -
Hey everyone! I'm sorry I couldn't make it, we have visitors this weekend. I'm glad everything went well, and I'll try to make it next Saturday, I promise!
-
Wow, how neat! I have so many pictures that I've taken, I'll bet some of them fall into these categories! I'll look! I'd love to win a sketch!

I was just listening to the podcast, and I was delighted that the Taxibots were mentioned.
We have been trying for quite a while to welcome heroes new to Paragon City on Infinity, and in fact, it's what I send a LOT of my time doing. One thing you can catch me doing quite often is hanging out in Atlas Park just watching heroes as they talk to Ms. Liberty. I look for their Veteran badges to see if they're new. And I so love meeting new heroes. They're always SOOOO nice!
Anyway, I was going to ask, what is this Coordinator title, and what do they do? What kind of things have others been doing to help out new heroes? I usually look for them in Atlas Park and offer to team up with them for a little while, and offer little tips as we go along and answer questions. I also give tours, around Atlas Park especially, of the badges and plaques to let heroes know a little about the history of the place. Do others do that kind of thing too? Are there other ways that others help out? I'm just looking for neat ideas!
Ooh, has anyone coordinated any kind of official event to help out new heroes? I was thinking maybe sometimes at Infinity, maybe trying to put together a task force or something with a heavy emphasis on new heroes, or at heroes who have not really tried task forces yet. We used to have one every Saturday that the Taxis ran where we tried to emphasize that we were taking it a little slower than a lot of teams, to give everyone a chance to get what's going on and learn about task forces. Maybe I'll try something like that! I've also thought about having something like a "Veterans Fair," where we have a lot of heroes who have been in Paragon City for a while together somewhere like Atlas Park, and we advertise that we're there, and anyone who has any questions about anything can drop by and talk to people who probably have a bit more experience at stuff, whether it is about fighting villains, the best use of powers, information about the city's history, how to succeed at various tasks, shopping at Wentworth's, how to get badges, or whatever!
Anyway, I think this is a wonderful idea, and I really hope it takes off! -

Thank you all SOOOO much, everyone who came out for my birthday party! It just means the world to me when my heroes come and wish me a happy birthday like that.
My gosh, we had a lot of fun little games! I asked a bunch of trivia questions, we played a few rounds of "Belle Says," I had heroes racing to get me a little level one enhancement, and best of all, I got to see a whole bunch of my friends and family!
You all are just the best heroes ever, and I want you all to please go ahead and mark your calendars for next year, because when I turn six, I want you all to come back and all my new friends I make this year to join you! Thanks again!!! -
Hey everyone! It's only a day away, YAY!!!
I've asked a bunch of my friends in person to come, but everyone is invited. Be sure to stop by and say hi! I'll probably be in Atlas Park around 8:00 or so, but I'll be around for at least a couple of hours. I hope we have a big crowd!
I'll try to come up with some fun little games, but I still need some ideas. If you have anything that you know of that might be fun to do, let me know.
I hope to see you all there!
