This is my first and last mmo, yet I used common sense to figure out the big things would be held back for ViPs in the f2p hybrid. You've already said you're fine (and knew/accepted it) with it as long as someone admits they're wrong, I just don't think that's helping anything. The worse thing about a game's "community" can be it's "community". -

This arc has been bugged for myself and a few others. After completing the mission, Leonard will either give it again, or have a talk to that you can't complete/need to auto complete. Even if you do the latter, and you finally get the bank mission, either it can't be completed, the talk to after that bugs, or you get the Protean mission again. I have a character that's killed Protean about 6 times and has done the bank successfully once, just to get the Protean mission from him yet again :P
I've sent a petition and had a GM come and tell me that he's escalating the issue to a senior gm. Just funny seeing Leonard as an open contact in the late 30's when I started him in the early 20's.
(The second+ time you run the Protean mission, the cutscene where he's supposed to be in it is just of a wall with spray painted eyes on it. It's really kind of creepy) -

It is also possible they bought enough Paragon Points to award them enough Reward Tokens.
If my math + understanding + memory are correct, you get 8 Reward Tokens per $100US bundle of points you buy. So, if you plunk down enough cash, you can get the celestial armor without any vet time. -

I have to agree. My high level characters all have IO's and in order to get an Invention Licence it would cost 105$ per character to get access to the Invention System. Or 2$ per month per character until i've spent 400 dollars to have access to IO's. I can't even respec to get rid of them and put in SO's because i would lose all the IO's that don't fit in my enhancement slots. So, I probably wont be coming back. I wish you COH/COV dev's all the luck in the world, but for now, I think outta here. Bye

I have 20 tokens at 45 months of pay/play. No clue how someone with only a year would have the pieces. Maybe you're confusing them with the ascension incarnate wears?

It's a reward on the Paragon rewards chart. Globals are on tier 4, I'm not sure where SGs are.

For a genre of game that relies so heavily on socialization to encourage people to keep playing, it's really a wonder that PS expects premium accounts to be in the least worthwhile, given that they've cut out basically any options for such. After all, why would I bother dropping any money on a sub/Paragon Rewards upgrades if the first time I log in, I can't stroll back into my favourite global channel and say "I'm back!" and be greeted warmly by all the people I left behind?

If you are Premium you should "always" be behind VIPs. Sorry, we support the game, we should reap the bennefits. I'm not saying Premiums don't support the game, but it's on a "I want that basis" and that could mean $0 spent for several months. Ala no continual support. -

Lets be honest here, premium status sucks unless you are tier 7 and above. Reson being you loose access to the invention system. So any premium player returning that has fully iod toon will have their builds reduced to uselessness.

If they intend to keep Incarnate content locked into VIP and premiums lose it all, then they should re-classify it as "VIP-ONLY" and make it very clear (and apologise) for the confusion to those customers that believed that they unlocked it.

Not sure how anyone's been "screwed" for redownloading the game and being able to play without paying when just last week they could do no such thing. This game isn't going completely F2P, it's a hybrid. They want people to come back so they'll eventually become VIPs once again. This game is still about subscribers, you can't just give out 100% of the game out for free. -

I believe 34 means you just filled up all of 8, right? If so, you need 1 more token to officially be tier 9.
