I have 20 tokens at 45 months of pay/play. No clue how someone with only a year would have the pieces. Maybe you're confusing them with the ascension incarnate wears?

It is also possible they bought enough Paragon Points to award them enough Reward Tokens.
If my math + understanding + memory are correct, you get 8 Reward Tokens per $100US bundle of points you buy. So, if you plunk down enough cash, you can get the celestial armor without any vet time.

I don't know if its supposed to be like this, but I'm a 3 year vet(actually 7+ year) and i only got 20 reward tokens, but im seeing other people that are only like 1 year vets and have more reward tokens than me because they have all the celestial costume pieces. Is it supposed to be like this or will it be fixed soon?
