I don't know if its supposed to be like this, but I'm a 3 year vet(actually 7+ year) and i only got 20 reward tokens, but im seeing other people that are only like 1 year vets and have more reward tokens than me because they have all the celestial costume pieces. Is it supposed to be like this or will it be fixed soon?

I was doing thr twinshot story arc yesterday and i had to talk to Grym after i went to the Steel Canyon University, and it said now that i arrived there, i should go talk to grym in Skyway city, but he was right there at the University on Steel Canyon, anyone else seeing this bug?
