ok beginners PvP 101

1)IR googles wont let you see a stalker with PvP build which means Hide+Stealth or the Hide+Stealth+Invis

2)Teaming is the key to effectively face stalkers.

3)Leadership power pool and the empathy set are the winners in PvP builds that will let you hunt effectively stalkers

4)Stay close to builds that pack interrupts to AS and make sure you cooperate

5)try and use the "Grasshoper" style when fighting . Its a mix of jumping around and activating powers while you in air. Is very confusing for the stalkers when you jump around and reduces the opportunity window to minimum

6)PBAoE spam might not always break hide but they give the miss sign signaling the stalker

7)Keep brawl in auto

8)Stalkers are easy targets once you get the hand of how to lure them and to trap them. trapping the stalkers is key to defeating them.

Introduce Pure PvE raids with no PvP involvement yes.

i not mind a PvE raid like the one Statesman suggests where Nemesis invade and players have to defend. I also not mind gladiator raids. But i not like the idea of mobs spawning inside the base and chokepoints during a PvP (SGvsSG) thats the line i draw personally

From the tells and broadcasts aimed at me most times i enter, it seems that using CM or decieve is at worst cheating,and at best simply stopping the villains having fun.

personally i think this is rubbish.Mat forget what people say about you using your powers as smart and efficient as possible.This should never put you off from having fun in the PvP zones. Clear mind and deceive are perfectly valid powers and noone can tell you that they ruin the fun. If they have issues they should learn play better like getting powers that resist confuse or grabbing maybe some extra stealth or invis. Its ridicilous to leave pvp for reasons like that. If that was the case all the PvPers should have left the zones by now.You are a really good player you know your powers and AT's really damn well and been around far longer than most, plus your attitude in the PvP zone is always respectable and unprovoking and fair. There is no reason to even consider such a thing

This has been posted in the suggestions forum regarding base raids and PvE and apparently some people think its a great idea to involve mobs inside base raids. And since prolly most havent seen i thought to link this here in case someone would like to express his opinion.As its obvious i am totally against mixing the 2 especially for base raids however is my opinion.

Was good fun as always and i love yanking those pigtails lmao...You know i got teh ubah pigtail detector on standby so i track you easy. Jumping around will not i repeat will not help...but was good fun as always...i dunno why but everytime i see pixie and witch in the zone makes my day..something like a duo of mascotts of sirens etc..

The winners of the 3 competitions will be receiving shiny forum titles as well from bridger and also Bridger is looking for some goodies as well.

The influence prizes are yet to be announced.

Xanthus is working on patrolling the event. We will try work out some surprises as well.
