I doubt anything will change considering the amount of toons we got and build flexibility as well as inf capacity.Its not like TK or acro,Kb,cage changes will make a difference. -
Shame that these changes dont come with any meaningful changes regarding PvP core game like rewards etc etc.Also turning TK from a PvP tactic to something useless is just laughable.The rest seem ok tbh although the abuse of acrobatics nerf could create some issues.

There isnt really a PvP build that doesnt perform exceptionally well in PvE.Even with single target builds you are insanely efficient due to high damage high recharge high stamina high hp high accuracy etc etc. -

Stone armour is next to useless in PvP.You can taunt with any good PvP tank. I have an ice tank i use for taunting and i havent died during PvP not once while taunting with it.

Again.I dont see how u come to the conclusion that Ice dies fast against anything with aim or build up.Ice is top notch for PvP.Slows resistance,ice,fire resistance,hibernate,end drain,slow perma +hp.Unkillable with the exception of fast stacking hold builds and even then really really hard to kill.Dont know how you came up to the "goes down quick" conclusion. -
Most of the times PvP builds perform great in PvE as well due to high focus on damage,stamina,regen,accuracy etc.
There are very few instances that you ll gimp yourself for PvE with a pure PvP build but not vice versa. -

well i heard that the powers are
Tier 1 : Ipwn blast: a small damage (19,000 base dmg) blast that can be fired from Atlas Park all the way to Warburg.Recharge: Speed of light +1
Tier 2 : Pwnzolation: A ranged DoT blast that deals 1,200,000 psi,fire,cold,energy,smashing,lethal and untyped damage and also stuns the target forever.Breakfrees are useless against this power Recharge: yesterday
Tier 3 : Tropsiownage: When you use this power all Rikti UFO's are summoned from around the galaxy and chase the target dealing 12,000,000 psi damage per hit.Duration: till target is dead. Recharge: global cooldown
Tier 4 : Pwn Up = similar to build up but quadruples damage accuracy range
Tier 5 : Telepwnetic Killage:Similar to TK but you can cast this power from anywhere in game.Also you can cast this power while you are offline by thinking of it (uber psi game mechanic) and the target cannot avoid this power even if he uses all PoW's he can stack. Toggling this power off instantly kills the target. Recharge: That power has no recharge.
Tier 6 : Overpowered Blastation: this power fires a single psi dart,deals no damage,but steals all the powers off your opponent leaving him with brawl only. If you slot for accuracy this power also steals all the influence,purple recipes and badges of your target.Recharge: this power has a one time one day recharge and then is pretty much instant.
Tier 7 : Double Pwnka : To be used with Telepwnetic Killage.This power must be used immediatelly after Telepwnetic Killage toggle is turned off and the target dies.This power ressurects the target and instantly kills him again while in res animation sending a tell "GGOWNEDLOLZA". Recharge: Well who cares sucks power.
Tier 8 : Superior Lolowned blast: Well this is the snipe of the set. With this power you can snipe all noobs in the Moonbases that devs plan to put in future issues. Basically this is the equivelant of the gaint orbital lasers of doom but the land version where u blast the moonbase to pieces and you broadcast: "One small psi blast for a blaster,one huge pwnnage for noobs." Recharge: This power is expected to be locked till issue 92 when moonbases will be introduced in the game.
Tier 9 : well is undecided yet but i hear the devs are between a totally new power called iWin and a toggle called Canttouchthisnoob.: Using this power a huge red sign hovers over your head blinking with huge red letter IWIN IWIN.Dont worry this is the casting animation.2 seconds later you blow paragon to pieces. Can be slotted with Interrupt reduction. Recharge: 0.1 milliseconds but dont worry can be slotted with recharge as well.

Also lol at this set in general since with a good recharge build i can see the next farming FoTM around the corner.
I want to see values for this but could sick good for farming in PvE

EDIT 2 : in case is not obvious i am happy with this set for PvE will roll a fire/psy blaster for farmage -
Affects mostly duel builds tbh.Never had it on any of my toons.

Because the potential advantage gained hero side from Villain ported powers is a lot bigger.

Buff numbers of all villain buff powers ported (for example cold buffs on defenders) are much higher than villains giving significant edge hero side with these sets ported. Unless they plan to lower the values or keep them same which not makes sense.
Also like i explained before if all powers are shared than the current mechanism will expose the vast difference of Epic sets.
Powerboosted buffs make a huge difference.
Bottom line is if they plan to share all powersets in the end Hero side > Villain side due to Epic powers and base values. (talking PVP only here and i am clarifying it).
And finally yeah only my opinion but what is the reason to go play a villain when you can get the same set on a hero with better values and better epic powers.
I am a die hard hero side player and only reason i went and got a level 50 villain was because i really wanted play some of those explicit combos/sets villain side like Thermal.
Since i can get it on hero side there is no reason to bother with a villain set wise (content wise is a different story).
This is only my opinion i repeat and how i see this. -

The defender version of psi blast has artificially inflated damage because 4 years ago the devs where worried it would leave you defenseless against undead and robots. Take that away, and the damage comes down.
The defender version of psi blast has an inflated damage/activation time ratio, because activation times where not included in the base damage when they where first calculated. Castle now has a new system for calculating damage that includes activation times. So expect damage to come down (or activation times to go up).
Range, I expect will remain as is. However, I expect corruptors to get the blaster version of psi blast in the next round of PP. Also, keep an eye on what Fortunatas will be able to do.

Matey with all due respect while we all got concerns over this please try not to overreact until the sets are out for testing and we get some more feedback regarding values and so on. Only thing you achieve is give ammunition to people that hate PvP to hate it more. There is a thread we have expressed some concerns without crying doom and you can express your concerns over there as well but please dont blow it out of proportion.

Riiight,because we wont have one of every new "good" pvp combo to 50 and fully IOed within 10days from i12 launch...lol.
