Personally i'd do cold/ice or cold/dark over cold/psy. Psy has [censored] burst compared to ice, psy probably would drop tankers easier than ice would, but it depends mate, all 3 are good tbh, there all better for certain circumstances. 
In answer to your questions, I think cold/ice would be the best overall performer.

Cold/Rad, if you use enough -defense powers your enemy just melts in front of you.

hmm I think psy will have more damage since its unresisted whereas the samshing portion of ice blast will be v ery resisted. On the other hand you get aim which psy lacks. Psy has better mezzes so I'm gonna have to say psy.
Just want to see what people think...
What you reckon be better 1 on 1 with cold primary as im stuck between ice and psy. Or do you just go for crazy burst dmg with dark blast?
