What I do is try to guess where my target is headed (usually retreating to safe place or attacking an easy target), then move myself (super speed is best imo) to an interception spot in between the two...I then AS them when they get in range.

At about what point do values start Diminishing ?

Global Recharge?
Global Accuracy?

If I had 50% Global Recharge, what does it get reduced to?
If I had 25% Global Recharge, what does it get reduced to?

If I had 50% Global Accuracy, what does it get reduced to?
If I had 25% Global Accuracy, what does it get reduced to?

I just want to make the most efficient IO set choices.
