  3. I understand what you mean, I personally want to have a travel power though. But I see where you are going. I took Shadow Meld when he didn't need it. And could've picked more appropriate powers for my toon.

    Em/Ice Help

    I was going for S/L, E/N Defense, and recharge (for hoarfrost) and can't seem to soft cap while staying around the same recharge time. I get around 42% S/L defense and 39% E/N defense. Any suggestions?

  8. Nevermind. It seems they decided to appear after I posted this.
  9. My billing date was the 10th, so I went and got a time card. I applied the time card and was excited for the Circle of Thorns pack and saw there were no points yet. I looked around the forums and saw the post about those with the billing date between the 1st and the 10th will get their points on the 11th. I logged in yesterday and still didn't see it. It is the 12th and I still don't have it. Is anybody else having the same issue? Did you figure out the problem?
