  1. OK so I am a long time player who left the game after issue 15 because there just wasn't enough to hold my interest anymore. Since I have been back I have gotten all the t4 Incarnates powers for my dm/regen scrapper. He was a pretty solid build with perma-hasten and all the purples I could squeeze in. I was working on a maximum recharge build that would have made hasten and dull pain perma (needs 4 Panacea sets!) when I left. Anyway ... since the fitness pool is now inherent I know there is room for improvement. I am looking to keep perma-hasten, since on a regen scrapper having the heals up as much as possible is key. I guess the next step is to increase defense and lastly increase dmg. Thanks in advance for the help. Here is his current build and I will post the crazy recharge build too in case anyone is curious.

  2. That looks pretty good EJI ... I can definitely work with that. I swapped out fly for maneuvers like you suggested and figure she can use temp powers to fly when she needs to. Also there is definite room for improvement with purples down the line if she wants. Thanks for the effort.

  3. Interesting build, I notice you have no travel power. Do you just use the temps? Also if you are going for recharge, wouldn't Doctored Wounds be better?
  4. So my wife would like help with her Claws/Regen Scrapper. I have never played Claws so I am not sure if I chose wisely for powers, slots or enhancements. Any advice would be very welcome. She said she wants her toon to be really good. Which I take to mean she wants to be very survivable with decent damage and recharge. I also didn't want to put too many purples cuz she doesn't play a lot and it would take forever for her to earn them all. So without suggesting purples any suggestions for improvements would be appreciated. Here is the build

    Has anyone run the numbers to see which Scrapper Powersets and build has the best DPS? Is it still fire?

  7. Does this queue work? I placed myself in the queue the other day and even though it said the wait time was an AVG of 5 minutes, I was in the queue over an hour and nothing happened.

  9. Hi I am a long time player who left the game after Issue 15. I left because I had pretty much done everything there was to do in the game. Over 30 lvl 50's, most of them purpled out, tons of PVP recipes sitting in my bases, soloed AV's ... you get the idea. So having been such an expert at this game, I am looking to master the new stuff that has come out since I have been gone. So has anyone compiled a guide for returning players since COH has become COH:Freedom? If not can anyone suggest where to start. Thanks in advance for the advice.
  10. Photon, I am curious why you took Ring of Fire over Char. Char is great for holding bosses. One or 2 hits and they stand there choking. Anyway, here is one of my builds, this one specializes in Demons, I can solo mapped for eight, though I might have to do some pulling if I get a triple spawn. I can also do BM, though I prefer the Demons just because they don't mez and the XP is virtually the same. I have a much cheaper built Fire/Kin who does the Freak map. She only is worth around 300 mil, but she is built quite a bit differently for the mez protection. Anyway here is the build, which includes perma hasten. My heal recharges in 2.17s and heals for 423, so I highly recommend maxing out +Recharge.

  12. 34 yr old gamer here. Fond memories of a lot of things said here. HUGE Underdog fan. Definitely watched Wonderwoman for something other than the plot. Just wondering why no one has mentioned Stretch Armstrong. I can remember pulling that thing for all it was worth with my brother and not doing it any harm. Then I left it on my bed in the sun and the next time we played with it .... pink goop everywhere! Boy, did we get a whoopin' for that.
