I saw this as the latest thread to be posted in in the EU lounge, and my jaw literally dropped. It's sad to see such a true legend leave, but I too hope that you'll come back later on.

I'm gay myself, and have also found LGBT SGs an odd idea. I'll tell anyone who asks that I'm gay, and not hold back from making suggestive remarks with that certain someone when we're both talking on the same channel.
But I can find some of the more stereotypical gays a tad frustrating anyway.

The SG I'm in is a 'come one, come all" sg, but we have three gays and a lesbian anyway. But we're happy all bunched up together. Spices it up a li'l.

Just thought I'd update for anyone else who gets this. I found "CohUpdater.EU.old" and "CohUpdater.EU.prv" in my CoH directory. After deleting these, I got in without any issues whatsoever.

I am pleased.

I agree with Alpha on this. A simple option similar to xp earning would suffice.
Buff colours: default/customised.
Or perhaps another that expands to default colours for all powers that aren't your own, default colours for only buffs applied to you, or custom colours for all.
Something like that.

I usually do what you've suggested, but atm I'm getting this error for every server. And a few hours is enough wasted time. Thanks anyway.

After clicking on a server to log into, and a delay of around twenty seconds, I get "Can't connect to DBserver".

I've had this before, but it lasted only three times or so, or stopped happening when I tried a different server. This time however, I've been getting it every time I try for the past hour or so. Tried both relogging and restarting, but to no avail. Any ideas? Or have I missed something well known and blatent?

If I remember correctly, and I rarely do, this was definately how it worked when i9 launched. I think I remember using it, saying I liked it, then never used it again.

I'm here for the people too. If I hadn't met two people on here, my account would likely have dried up some time ago. I'd return now and then, but wouldn't last long.

Clicking on non-editable UI doesn't necessarily clicking useless things. I for one click on different chat tabs to change my "active" chat channel. Also, when I decide not to send a message I'm midway through typing, I sometimes just click the "playing field" to unselect my chat box.

Apparantly, the key bit on info needed for fixing it was that this only occured if you clicked on a non-editable section of the UI. It was from this point your keys were stored. I'd imagine GG just never clicks any non-editable UI.

I was hoping for my Crab to be able to change the colour of his blasts, but I'm more happy.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, as I can't be bothered to read the whole thread, but after comparing the list of customisable powersets and list of all regular powersets, everything's been mentioned besides epic archtypes, pain domination and ninjitsu. Can we assume that pain domination and ninjitsu were left off the list by mistake? Empathy and super reflexes aren't that dissimilar from them.

I need to get me one of them! ... two.

Someone I know who got this message discovered that he'd accidently bought the american version of the booster. Have you done the same?

After looking at site a li'l more, I've a fortunata who really wants Desdemona's boots.

Sounds to me like Maelstrom's pistols would suggest a natural origin, but the energy manipulation tech. Fun guessing times.
