Superscience bug

There's a slight problem I'm encountering. I went to the PlayNC site, and bought the the Superscience pack for my account, but when I try to apply the serial code to my version of City of Heroes it says:
"You can't use the supplied serial code.

The supplied serial code is valid, but it can not be used to create a new account and it can not be applied to any accounts you already have."

Does anyone know why this might be? Am I doing/have I done something wrong? I got the Magic pack when it came out and it applied with no problems.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appriciated.

Someone I know who got this message discovered that he'd accidently bought the american version of the booster. Have you done the same?

Hmm, not that I am aware. It did not specify one way or the other that I remember, and I assumed that if I bought it for my account, that only has an EU account of City of Heroes, it would in fact buy an EU version.

If indeed it did buy an American one, I think it is bad that it wasn't more clear, and strange that it decided to give me that one when I clearly don't have an American account.
Hopefully if that is the case I can get it fixed to be an EU one. Thanks for the reply btw
