If you don't take Blazing Aura AND Fiery Embrace, I may come to your house and release a Beatles cover band comprised of rapid orangutans into your bedroom while you sleep.
Temperature Protection is skippable.
I would also skip Nimble Slash and take Power Slice at 1. -
Buttloads of AoE damage in exchange for a hit to survivability. DB will add a few knockdown powers to help with mitigation. Also, redraw will be a factor since /Fire relies on a few clicks, especially Healing Flames. Depends how much redraw annoys you.
It isn't all that end heavy, other than Blazing Aura which does great heaping piles of damage for that end, and Consume can help out. -
Saw it, liked it. Another entertaining movie in the franchise, and yes, I'm looking forward to a sixth one.

I'm using IrfanView, although I've never bothered to fiddle with the settings.
Quote:What's that mask underneath, by the way? It looks like Technis, but I can't be sure.
Quote:Just a quick question, though - isn't the red on the helmet detail 1 a little too bright in contrast with the darker visor and the upper torso in those shots? You seem to be using what looks like either a Vanguard or a Tech Sleek top, I can't tell, and both of those have primary plates that, because they are reflective, colour a darker hue for any given colour.
This was the finished costume, with some colour changes, although I've long since deleted the character.

Advice?
Read through the tutorial. Most of what you need to know to play the game well is in there. After that, you should be able to pick up whatever else you need through experience. -
What does Eagle's Claw do?
Hits like a truck and looks damned cool doing it. -
Starship Troopers is a greatly entertaining B movie. That is all.
Too much retcon? Statesman. That his retcon paved the way for all the annoying threads on incarnates and trials stuffed into every freaking forum makes it worse. -
Okay, that was pretty badass.
New God vs Old God. The cage match to end all cage matches.
Death comes back to reap God. New? Old? Both? -
I didn't see these two titles, so I figured I'd add them. Great reading so far.
Boom! Studios
Incorruptible vol 1 +1
Irredeemable vol 1 +1
Irredeemable vol 2 +1 -
I eagerly await the day when they make the real world in 3D. Just like back in the day when they added color to the world so tv shows would look better.

According to my boss 'Apocalypse' is not a valid excuse for missing work. I checked.

It's not cheating, it's utilizing a strategic advantage.

With Smallville gone, the only shows I go out of my way to watch are Castle, Bones, Supernatural, and Game of Thrones (which I catch online anyway). Scheduling is just one of the many issues that kills tv for me.

For a moment I thought I was watching a cell phone commercial.

Here's a build someone posted for a BA/Fire brute. Might help give you an idea of what to shoot for, though I will say I'm not a fan of full Obliteration sets in AoE attacks since it gives little end reduction.

I love this show. Right up there with Supernatural for continued awesome. When these 2 finally go off the air I'll be screwed for decent tv that doesn't require HBO or some other pay channel.

((That's a big 10-4. I'm logging on to do a few small adjustments on Mag's arc (came down with a bad case of procrastination-itis the last couple weeks). I guess I'll see you guys next week.))

Earth Assault.
Stone Spears is awesome. I could spam that all fight long, and occasionally do. -
Grey Pilgrim has an up to date Fiery Aura guide here, which should help you with the Fire side of things. The Brute forums also have a lot of discussion regarding FA, mostly for SS/Fire farming, that should help out.

So far the show has maintained a rather excellent level of consistency through 5 episodes. Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister), Michelle Fairley (Lady Stark), and Sean Bean (Eddard Stark) all continue to impress. I appreciate that the director didn't show us the story from the Targaryen/Dothraki point of view, since their side of things was covered fairly well by the other characters' discussion.
Did anyone else find the whole 'we'll prevent Khal Drogo from waging war against us on behalf of the Targaryen's by killing his wife and unborn child' strategy a little on the ridiculous side? Killing a warlord's pregnant wife seems to me to be the perfect way to start the war you're trying to avoid. I understand the whole Targaryen angle, but it still seems a little ridiculous to get rid of one enemy in exchange for an even more dangerous enemy.
The conversation between the king and queen was done really well, and struck me as being the first 'honest' conversation those two have likely had in some time.
The sword fight between Stark and Lannister seemed a bit off, although not terribly so.
Don't know if I'll get around to reading the books, but I'm certainly enjoying the show. -
Also, you can use Titan Sentinel to port your build from ingame to Mids, which can be a nice first step so you're not starting from scratch.

None. I have characters I don't play much/at all, but no names I'm sitting on just for the hell of it. Just too many characters and too little time.
