Well, then, what do you suggest?
  2. It's not the system, it's the server we're connecting to. Apparently this latest patch made the connection to the server unstable for more than a few people. I used to have zero problems with it, but this is the third time I've been dropped in 30 minutes, this is not acceptable.

Make it fourth in 35. Won't try playing again until this is fixed.
  3. Sorry, have to disagree. It's there to prevent against spammers and Influence resellers. Patience, young Jedi...

That and Carcillo being Savard's chew toy...
  5. *gets a stack of waffles and some strawberry syrup*

Morning everyone. Looks like teh puppeh forgot something, though. And it's a must-have these days.

    *starts up the coffee pot*
  6. I saw that link on Blue's News, I just had to post it here. May he live long enough to have many more moments like that.
  7. Not only that, you can mail your Influence or Infamy, as well as salvage items and recipes, to your global handle and move it that way. So that your new people here aren't broke.

    Welcome to Virtue!
  8. Yes it does, Fedor.

Might be interested, depending on my never-set work schedule.
  9. Morning... yesterday wasn't such a happy day for me, but I'll leave it at that.

*gets a cup of coffee and a pouch of donut holes*
  10. And just think, Fedor... you'll spend all that time putting things where you want them, you'll oooh and aaah over how nice and neat the place is, and the first thing you'll say when you sit down is "where's the remote?"
  11. Well, Fedor, think of it this way... it's the interior re-design that was probably badly needed anyway.
  12. At least it's not disco...

*gets a donut and a cup of coffee*
  13. *gets a glass of water*

About all I'm having the rest of the day.
  14. *gets another cup of coffee* Nice vid, Vex.
  15. Ugh... came down with something yesterday. *grabs an orange juice, a donut, and the obligatory cup of coffee* Dance? Not on these creaky knees... maybe later, once the cold medicine kicks in.
  16. *flips on the light switches, and nothing happens*

Ah, what the... not here too?

Power went out at work last night at about 8:30. Looks like it happened here, too. But at least the... oooh, danishes...

*sets out a tray of danishes, minus a cranberry one*

Hmmm, fireplace... old percolating coffee pot... guess I get to do this Old West style today.
  17. Yeah, lost a 36M base as well, not gonna be too happy if this doesn't get reset once I17 goes live. I can understand the reasons behind it, but a little warning would have been nice!
  18. Q: How many CoX players does it take to screw in a lightbulb?
A: What, the light from the monitor isn't enough??? Sheesh!
  19. Not working, been waiting 6 days now. Guess I won't get that Dark Mirror testing done before it goes live.

I used to hit GenCon every year when it was in Milwaukee, and TSR was more than just an afterthought. Now that it's in Indy, it's way too starchy. Last one I went to was in 2000, and the only thing worth remembering from it was that Sony was showing off Scars of Velious.
  21. I got to meet Leonard Nimoy once. Funny thing is, I didn't mention Spock once, I was more interested in his work from In Search Of. Was the most fascinating 15 minutes I ever spent talking to someone.

*gets a coffee and a donut*
  22. Ah, waterparks... haven't been to one in some 20 years.

*takes a spot at the bar and gets a Kahlua and coffee*
  23. *finds "Once Upon A Time in Mexico" on his iPod*

    Tacos, eh? I'm game.
