SOME of the APP and PPP pools got a 5th power...about 6 MONTHS ago. Just thought I'd bring this up! COld mastery for blasters got hoarfrost. When is Force Mastery going to get dull pain? When is flame mastery going to get Healing flames? There are still at least a dozen APP/PPP's that have 4 powers, while others have 5. When do we get more? I believe I heard a dev say that they would add more to the 4-powered APP/PPP, but when?

It'd be pretty cool.

In general, Blaster > brute, assuming it is a duel with high ceilings or none.

Oh and in Assault, it was supposed to be an ENd Reduct not a recharge reduct lol

Will domination is your STRONGEST ATTACK besides your snipe! Will Dom does about 150 damage unenhanced by a level 50, I believe. TK blast is your SECOND most strong attack besides snipe. Your attack chain should be this Will, TK, Mental blast, Psionic dart. That is in order from strongest to weakest, too.

Oh and get assault, NOT maneuvers.

It is BOTH. Enemies have get a tohit roll through your defense, BUT their ACCURACY is countered by ELUSITIVITY, making their tohit rolls LESS likely to land, because their accuracy did not effect the tohit roll as much due to elusitivity.

Yes hurl did get a decrease, as well as impale, throw boulder, and throw spines.

I would HIGHLY reccomend rolling NEITHER. They are both VERy squishy unless you're in NW elude, and their damage is sub par to stalkers, dom's and corrs. I honestly couldnt tell you which is better, but after the Elusitivity nerf, DR, and the VEAT Damage nerf, neither of them will do you well unless you do 1v1's with a crab spider that has lots of pets.

I have waterspout because its either that or Bile Spray, and I figured I might get some use out of waterspout. Also, I had ALOT of power picks left over, so once again i took confuse and veng for that reason.

They SHOULD nerf ranged epics for scrappers, stalkers, brutes, and tanks. It was out of hand the amount of range they had and how much damage the APP/PPP attacks did. Hurl, Impale, Boulder, and Focus, however, should NOT have been nerfed

Which is why I was asking.

You DO know that tankers, brutes, scrappers, and stalkers ranged damage got nerfed hard, right? You will be easy to take down and won't get many kills.

Normally I don't get much use out of snowstorm after they ruined slows, and in my case it has never EVER caused anything like "perma travel suppression". I still have it as it is a great utility power, but most of the time I play in zones and its really more of a 10 second fight than a 10 minutes duel.

And I don't think anyone would disagree on you're powerchoice of screech and leadership. IMO EVERY blaster should have a mez, because when you fight a rad, cold, or dark, you need to have the power to untoggle them. Also, screech debuffs resistance so it isn't that bad to include in the attack chain.

Leadership if obviously priceless for the damage buff and TACTICS, because perception is a MUST in pvp.

And as a sonic blaster, you have to be careful when you use shout, because you WILL be AS'd if there is a good stalker in the zone. Always lookout for stalkers in the zone or stalkers nearby you. After playing as a Sonic blaster and being AS'd while using shout, and playing a stalker and AS'ing sonic blasters while they use shout, you MUST be careful where you use it!

Is this supposed to be pvp or pve? You're gonna be gimp either way if you dont use melee attacks.... but the idea itself sounds...interesting.
