Psychic/Dev pvp build questionss
time bomb can be skipped, and so can gun drone in a pvp environment, unless your pvping in tight corridors, ie ship map, office map, cage map, but u said ur in bloody bay, so thats not really pvp, but its like a free sample at the bakery.
will dom and tk blast are required, as is mental blast and i'd throw in psi dart because u can use well mezzed and its a nice proc chaingun, those 4 powers are your main chain, u'l also want aim aka psychic focus, adside of that you dont really need anything else in the psi powerset unless ur going for snipes, but honestly, as a dev ur more about setting traps and bringing the target into your traps and then finishing them off.
manuvers will not help you at all in PvP as a blaster.
If you take aim on a /devices toon, you'll end up speccing out of it once you start slotting up your invention sets, you'll do about the same damage just skipping the aim in the attack chain and you won't need a boost to your to hit %. The slot can be better used taking a defensive measure like hibernate or whatnot.
ehhh.. i would still take aim for debuff toggle reasons.

Ummm...
Will domination is your STRONGEST ATTACK besides your snipe! Will Dom does about 150 damage unenhanced by a level 50, I believe. TK blast is your SECOND most strong attack besides snipe. Your attack chain should be this Will, TK, Mental blast, Psionic dart. That is in order from strongest to weakest, too.
Oh and get assault, NOT maneuvers.

you're going to be using alot of endurance, you'll just have to test how much end reduction youll need.
are you taking Tripmine? if so, it wont be very good with out TP Foe.
you realize Tactics and Targeting Drone is basically the same thing right? they do stack (double ToHit and double Perception buffs), but Leadership is gonna be a big end drain (just saying)
Lance is up to you, I like Psi Dart over Lance, but thats just me
you might put a knockback SO in TeleBlast..that'll put the kb mag at 10 (enough to get thru Acrobatics protection)

Hey, so I dont exactly know what powers should be skipped.
I know I want:
Fly
Web Grenade
Targeting Drone
CloakingDevice
Manuevers and Tactics
I mostly play in Bloody Bay,but sometimes I spice it up going elsewhere. Anyways, here are some powers I am hestiant about:
Will Domination
Telekinetic Blast
To be honest, I am unsure about the whole shabang (Psy wise), but heard it was great in pvp.
Any tips?
