  1. Last week's ITF was a raging success, if I do say so myself. Thanks to everyone who helped! Next week is Recluse SF. If you plan to attend, Warburg nukes and shivans are appreciated, but not totally necessary. See ya's there!

Good luck with that. One is worse than the other, but I'll let you form your own opinion. Welcome back, by the way.

Is it okay if we postpone the ITF run until after it?

If not, I guess I will be joining in on the next one =]]
I don't have a problem w/ that, as long as we don't start too late. Some of us have to work early in the morning.

    Best Part of GR

I'd have to agree with the dialogue branches being my favorite. Now I actually read the text, instead of just skimming it.
  5. A Vigilante is a person who isn't afraid to break a few eggs to make an omelette.

A Rogue is a person who pursues his goals breaking only what eggs are necessary to make the aforementioned omelette.

To be fair, though, vigilante and rogue are two names for the same thing from a layman's perspective. It's like trying to explain the difference between Jedi and Sith to someone who's never seen/doesn't care about Star Wars. To the unknowing eye, it's the same thing (i.e. people who run around w/ laser swords and move stuff w/ their minds ).
  6. While I do have the aforementioned screenies, they will have to wait as GR's call is strong.

What I will say, though, is that last week's SF (while a little rocky ) went fairly well. Next week is Imperious TF, which will undoubtedly be, if nothing else, entertaining. Good times will be had by all. See ya's there.
  7. Welcome back, Demon! As I said the other night, good to have you back.

I've got some screenies to post, but I'm on someone else's PC, so it'll have to wait. I will, however, take care of that tonight....sooo, be on the lookout for that.
  8. Woot! I can has winz.

Thanks to Ivansshade for hosting, and the rest of my team for just generally being awesome.

Can't wait for the next installment.

EDIT: It occurs to me that I didn't thank the sponsor of this scramble. Bad form on my part. Thanks Huron!
  9. Yet another awe-inspiring run of excelence this week, as we breezed through like a junkie in a pharmacy.

There were some connectivity issues, but despite Rin's best efforts, we prevailed. This week is The Crystal of Serafina, one of my personal favorites. Well be starting at our normal time (7PM EST), and we'll be meeting at Ice Mistral in St Martial. See ya's there!

That's fine, we see how we rate: Choosing your friends over a bunch of loose aquaintences and a MMO.

Have fun, and watch out for the critters. We'll see you next week, Rin.
  11. Well, another week, another wicked fun SF. Last week's SF went very smoothly, cruising in at about 53 minutes, due to my extreme awesome-ness....and some other people helped, too. Seriously, though, my continued thanks to eveyone who helps keep the dream alive.

This week we'll be running both of the Ouro mish, back to back. While not considered to be the mainstay of SF'ers everywhere, good times will be had by all....except Rin, 'cause he's always so quiet. See ya'll in Ouro.

You started the thread, so hijack away.

This week's SF went off without a hitch. Duray received a thorough pummeling, which is always nice, and I got 3 shiny new badges for my toon. Not to mention all the levels gained. We even took out Scrapyard for the fun of it. Great job to everyone involved (you know who you are ), one of the fastest I've had on a non-speed run, at just over 1:03 and some change.

This week is The Temple of the Waters. I'll be bringing my Bots/FF MM, Dr Bojango. See ya's there.
  13. Hmmm, something nice, huh? My coworkers and subordinates wouldn't classify me as nice, or having feelings at all for that matter, but I digress.
I will say, however, that Protector as a community has been my favorite of all the servers I've visited. Low on population, high on quality. Just my kind of place.

Hi guys. I'm really glad you all were able to keep the SFS runs going.

As to where I've been and why I haven't been around, you can read here if you're interested. I haven't been back in the game yet. I've been in school since the beginning of the month and have been kept super busy with classwork.

Take care everyone. I hope to be back soon.
Holy Freakin' Ghost, I thought you had been swept away romance-novel-style to your Mediterranean Villa by a Fabio-esque type. Good to hear that you are well, less so about what happened to you and the pilfering of your hard earned goods. Without going into a tirade on my severe dislike for outright thievery, I'll just say this: Not all people suck. Most of them do, but not all of them. The trick is weeding out the...what's a politically correct term these days?.....ah, yes, raging bastich. Another thing, what happened to you wasn't your fault. The aforementioned '******' is to blame. Cut ties, global ignore, and leave the rest to chance. Chin up, Boss Lady, you'll be herding cats again in no time.
  15. Another successful run in just over an hour. But, with 4 MMs on the team, how could we lose? A much overdue thanks to all the regulars who put up with me from week to week, so.....thanks, couldn't be done without you! No really, these things take 4-8 people to get going.

Next week is Pirates in the Sky. I'll be bringing my MM, Dr. Bojango, because trying to keep my bots together on an outside (multi-tiered) is never a dull experience. See ya there!
  16. Logging in and on my way to contact. See ya in Cap!
  17. I'd be interested in partaking; the last one was fun. I've got a stalker and a brute that would work, so if anyone needs one or the other, send me an in-game tell (@Sokyoku) or a PM.
  18. Okay, so I may have caused a little confusion with my late/wrong post, but things went smoothly, despite my best efforts.

The respec was a piece of sweet, sweet cake, and we even went for an ITF. Successful on both counts, I might add. This week we start all over again with the Tarikoss SF, (level 15+) in Cap @ 7 PM EST. I'll be on a new toon, but I haven't decide which one yet. See ya there!
  19. Apologies for my late post, my account expired and it's a gajillion mile to the game store from my house, blah, blah, blah.

Anyway, account reactivated, and will be in ouro for this week's SF @ 7PM (EST). This week:[EDIT/respec trial./EDIT] See ya there.

Woot! Come one, come all! Seriously, the more, the merrier.
  22. I'll be there with something anti-yellow mito, nukes in hand.

I'll show you incompetence next week when I leave you high and dry to fight Reichsman all by your onesy-savvy.

It was a great run aside from somebody's propensity to faceplant.....oh, wait, that was me! Gah, guess I'll have to redeem myself this week. Maybe I can get Tripp up to 47 sometime this week, and thereby get him the IO's he desperately needs. See ya this Sunday...or are we postponing for the 4th? I'm available, 'cause once you've seen fireworks live in DC, all others pale in comparison.
  24. Running a few minutes late, but on my way to LG, now. I'll be on Tripp Breaker.
  25. Sokyoku

    Time to flip out

Thanks for the two shiny new badges!
