Time to flip out

(Alternate title: Task Force 63, assemble!)

Yup, I've got another themed Task Force idea. I've been sitting on this one for a couple weeks, because I wasn't sure about the reaction I would get with this one. However, I got a couple of positive responses when I mentioned it in Jello Shooters last night, so I'm going to run with it.

This time it's a simpler premise than some of the themes I've run in the past, but there is going to be a requirement for it. If you want in on this run, you're going to need to have the Science pack purchased. See, for this run we will be gender flipping our characters. Essentially, we're running this under Rule 63 of the internet. Oh, and since we've seen this come up already, if you have a -man and -woman characters, you can't just bring the -woman and call it good, you'd need to make her a him to count for this one.

The actual TF in question will either be Moonfire or Hess*, depending on which one the team would prefer. Either way we will start gathering for the TF around 8:30 PM Eastern this Saturday (6/26).

*Moonfire is level 23-28, Hess is level 25-30. Meeting point will probably be at Moonfire, since it's close to the trainer and the drop off point for SG teleporters.

As you may have notice from another thread that was briefly there, I already have a costume.

Except, now it won't be a surprise... hmm...

Perhaps a different character... Quinlan as a man, maybe?

I'm not sure who I'll bring, though. Maybe Kipland... He tends to run into enough weird stuff in his adventures.

I add that last factoid for two reasons: 1) So, for people to whom team build matters a lot, they know there will be at least one blaster. 2) So people don't worry (or hope LOL) I'm bringing a gender-bent Subtle

Hulkers... You DO realize that you're not exactly promising us a Subtle-free TF, right?

Frankly, I would imagine a Blaster would be the exact opposite of the monster of a tanker that Subtle is, anyway.

And, knowing your nature, I'm expecting some kind of assault on my vision in any case.

I'll join if you have need of a person, and yes; this time I actually have a costume . But I cannot promise I'll be there so don't place me down for an actual slot in case there are those that can be there. I'll just be a back up if I log in. But I hope you all have a great one!

I have a character, Dual Pistol/Devices that has male/female personas easily switchable.


And either TF would work.

"Combat Hero" is the character.

Unless you live in one of those areas that doesn't do DST, it should still be the same.
