I find the start of the last LGTF mission very sad, with all the dead and dying Longbow and Vangaurd in the hallways, because it's so totally unexpected to actually see bodies that aren't in bodybags. -

People have been complaining because its not "teh uber set" and doesn't one-hit everything. But I like it.

I'm not sure what this "European family feel" I might be missing is. Should we get everyone on the EU servers together for a loud meal on a cobbled street? Perhaps we can smash the plates afterwards?

Welcome back, you missed quite a bit
But that's not a bad thing by any means! So much to catch up on...
I'd strongly suggest joining those channels Lady. A suggested. quickest way to get wired into the community. Also its a great place to pop your questions if you find something new you don't get.
The wings should be very easy to get through Ww (if you havn't already). Hell I'll even get them for you if you can't find them. feel free to look me up if you need anything: @Soul-journ

It was mentioned in one of the podcasts that actively track what content is being played the most/least and base developments off that. An interesting concept, doesnt reall add much to this discussion though ^^

I got merits during that second raid. But I remember several people complaining they weren't, not just you Damz. Can't remember the names for the life of me though.

The problem is both quality and value rarely go hand in hand with retail chain in the computer world. YMMV of course.

For some reason the words "CoX marketing team" have become synonymous with Pratchett's"Auditors" to me. -
Nice to have an answer from the powers that be on the subject. Big thanks WW for going out of her way to apease us. I'm pretty satisfied with the marketing side of things now.
Still not sure about the server population side, obviously without knowing what this system is I can't comment much on it. But I feel it would have to somehow connect us to the wider CoX community (A.K.A us servers). Somehow linking all the EU servers in some way (while nice) feels more like a band-aid solution to me. We can but wait and see I s'pose...
Anyway, cheers for the effort.

Any news if there's going to be any physical marketing over here? Boxes I understand now, but are these partners retail chains that are going to have posters etc - or just retail websites?
Either way publicity is publicity. At least the only people to find about Gr aren't the people who already knew anymore ^^
