smeglolhead and barrier are just pethatic excuses for people who claim to help the pvp community, and I can't make a single post anymore without barrier putting me on autofollow and attempting to destroy my every post. It's sad.

You get drops for rep valid kills, meaning if you did or could have received rep for a kill you have a chance to get a drop. Even in arena where you get no rep, if the kill was rep valid you have a chance to get a recipe.
A rep valid kill consists of defeating another player within the same level range as you. After the kill you have to wait another 5 minutes to be able to get another chance for a recipe from the same person. -

Penny's arc unlocks the SO store in Faultline, and gives you access to a limited number of SOs you can slot as low as level 10 (vs lvl 25 for standard SOs.) -
A few not mentioned.
-There is a portal to Faultline in Pocket D. It's a manhole in the hall leading to Talos island. I didn't know that for quite some time.
-Toxic Tarantulas in Warburg wont count towards the Venomous badge since they are actually Rogue Arachnos.
-The Ouroboros badge can be earned as early as level 15 from the contact Penelope Yin. I'm not sure if you have to complete her story or if its a specific mission, but I was able to obtain the badge from her. You still wont be able to get into Ouro until level 25 but you will gain access to the portal. -
NPC's are annoying, but I doubt they will ever get removed from PvP zones. Personally, I think 3 things will help the NPC issues most of us have.
1. Make the NPC's thin out as you move closer to the middle of the zone. Have a heavy concentration around the base, slightly more than they currently have, and a smaller number within a given distance from it. Around the mid point of the zone have none or close to no npcs (consisting of nothing more than minions). This would help the base camping issue and give us a NPC free area to engage in.
2. Fix the NPC mez. Bug or no bug it should be thought of as one. I know the last things on the devs "to do" list is PvP, but if they can take time to make a walk power I think they can squeeze some time in to make PvP zones more friendly to the PvE badgers (see what I did there).
3. Nerf heavies. There is no reason they should be so powerful. Does anyone remember when they nerfed the heavies awhile back and it turned out to be a bug? That was great. They should revert it back to that IMO. -

Do a search for psi/em in the pvp section. You'll more than likely find a decent build or at least a place to start from.
