    Ten Tracks

Forgot my iPod at home (it's Monday, *yawn*), so this is from the backup on my laptop... which includes stuff that's bound for deletion. Yikes.

    1. Nobuo Uematsu - FF 7 Main Theme Orchestral
    2. Isis - The Other
    3. Jeremy Soule - Ashford Abbey
    4. Pidzama Porno - Czas/Outsider
    5. Sleepy Town Manufacture - O Nei
    6. Sol Invictus - Come Join the Dance
    7. Underworld - Stagger
    8. Vesna - Alaska
    9. Pelican - Sirius
    10. Nile - Chapter Of Obeisance Before Giving Breath To The Inert One In The Presence Of The Crescent Shaped Horns

    Good list
  3. Ours is a minimalistic base - one room! One thing I'd like to change is the portal, it's kinda huge when you're going just for a lounge area in a tiny supergroup (3 or 4 weekend warriors, mostly).

We do however have a small study area in one corner, complete with refreshments (ok, one refreshment).

In the other corner is the planning area - a couch sufficient enough for all 4 SG members and a chair for a guest. There's even a balcony for VIPs, and a minifridge is provided as well.

The opposite corner is the relaxation area (no pets allowed, please walk them outside the base .

The final corner is dedicated to the ah, facilities. They are surrounded by bookshelves for obvious reasons You can see it in this base overview shot.

All items are stock, of course. We did notice a dearth of coffee tables and regular fridges, please remedy this lack

    Salvage Limit

    [ QUOTE ]
How about a storage area in the base for storing salvage, accessible only by officers who do the building?

An enhancement locker for all members would be good too.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Good lord, yes please. For about the past year, yes please.

In early raid testing on COV mainframes went down in 6 hits from a stalker.

Having never seen a placed super computer I can not say how many hit points it has, but if it is anywhere close to 6 hits you can bet that it will be destroyed during a raid...

    [/ QUOTE ]

    Ouch. I retract my statement.

I was thinking more like an RTS I guess, where placeables have bajillions of hitpoints.

A Supercomputer costs 1.5 mil to place... loose that in a base raid as well and you just got a huge chunk of hurt put on ya.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Taking down an item in a raid does not automatically mean it is permanently destroyed. There is a base chance that any destroyed item is fully restored at the end of the raid (I don't have the stats in front of me so I can't quote the number). This chance is increased by building Robotic Fabricators and the Flames of Hephaestus. Each adds a percentage to the recovery chance.

And, of course, for in instant raids everything is restored to full at the end of the raid.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Thats STILL a chance I'm not willing to take considering it would take well over a week to re-earn the prestige to rebuild it. Especially for a 1% increase in a stat.

Thats NOT a good deal for the SG. Not even close.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Well there's also the question of how many hitpoints it has. If it's a lot, who would bother damaging the supercomputer in a raid? You'll be too busy fighting/accomplishing objectives to do that, I'd guess.

And that consists of destroying anchors or interacting with stuff, right? Not the supercomputer...

    Infinity SGs

Fox Force Five is a casual group with members in their 20s, 30s and 40s ... and those are just our actual ages.

We have open membership, and count within our ranks casual gamers who have played for a year and still haven't broken 40, alt-itis victims who have filled out all of their allotted slots on all servers (but still call Infinity home), Task Force addicts who will drop everything for a call to one, and even powergamers turned to the side of Good by the combined Foxy powers of teamwork.

We focus on teamplay, camaraderie, friendship, and simply having someone knowledgeable to turn to for help while online. There are no requirements at all, although inactive heroes will be removed from the Roster to make room for those still playing.

Stop by our forums and say hi.
