<.< I should explain, I got a rather harsh letter from positron back in beta about this and how he was looking for a fair way to distibute prestige to sgs based on number and such. the idea I had tried to present was mostly giving a small amount to ppl in sgs for being i the sg over time (since thats a number tracked). the what was originally presented to us was that they where awarding based on merit and since we'd been playing for a long time with no way of making prestige.

o.o he was quite gruff over it and didn't think my idea was fair since there were supposdly a number of sgs that disbanded and reformed over their color scheme in sgmode and he didn't think it was fair to them since they did that without thinking. In the end, it doesn't matter a bit. they just did a blanket pres dump for small sgs.

I realise that I come off angry and irrational... there are alot of sg bugs right now that seem to be ignored.. o.o I'm afraid for my sg members, often it seems that things are planned for only small sgs and not the large ones. the 30,000 we will hopefully eventually get will allow for a couple of rooms, we'll just hope that there won't be to many ppl on at once crowding in to see them.

Apparently there is a bug that makes this not happen. I have 4 SG afilliates and none of the mstarted with any prestige, while a friend's SG had 300K. I have bugged it several times, nor am I the only one this is happening to.

Yes, there is a bug. It'll automatically fix itself and grant you the kicker in the next patch.

wait... so you loose out if your sg has more than 15 ppl? mine has 75! >.< it would be better to just lessen the amount you get after the first 15 or something. we already feel that the devs are against big sgs, but really, you don't have to poor salt onto our wounds

o.O my question on this is... do we get to keep our badges? I'm currently running around CoV with nimble minx and would love to bring the coh/cov badges over to other.. Yes, this would mean they'd need a "collected 300" badge sooner.. but... it would be really cool!

Did someone just rewrite history here? From what I understood The Counsil had more to do with the arrival of the Kheldians.

Also if it "formed from the ashes of Arachnos." isn't that Lord Recluse's organization and when people generally talk about an organization being in ashes that means it is defunct. As far as I know Lord Recluse is currently and definately not "defunct".

When Mussolini fell, Arachnos splintered. The Center took a small group and formed the Council. At that time Arakhn stayed with the Council and Requiem was placed in the 5th Column as a mole.

That was also when Lord Recluse decided it was time for a new outlook for Arachnos. No longer would they back someone else. He took full control of the reigns and has never looked back.

Much more recently the Council showed themselves when they made their move on the 5th Column. This was in part motivated by plans of their Nictus allies fnally coming to fruition.

o.O waaaiiittt... this doesn't really fit in with the 5th column stories.. (not that the council ones ever did but..).. I'm particularly thinking of the post council swap version of Requiem 's letter.

<.< he seems to greatly dispse the council and wishes to resurrect the 5th.. I've been holding out hope for him to do that.. I'm kinda feeling like your pulling a marvel here with the storyline re-writes.

o.o turning Requiem into a squidie was bad enough.. I miss the old 5th and Requiem. They where dark, sinister and looked evil without all the sharp groteskness that alot of ppl go with. The arachnos guards have the same feel to them, but it's not quite up there.. the council... its just to hard to take seriously, half their ppl look like pro-wrestlers.

I have a question though. I was watching the DVD content with the movie ad for CoH. It shows Statesman over the course of several generations. Is it the same statesman and he's Immortal? or is it a title thats passed on under certain circomstances?
