In that case, the page is three issues behind.

  10. Thanks people, for giving us something so simple yet so nice
  11. (returning topic)

Jay, when you have a trenchcoat selected the options for chest details read "top" and "under" if you select a greek letter.
  12. You know... nix my request. I think I'll have something more interesting/challenging for you later.
  13. I have a question to the RP folk out here. Would you, for the sake of RP, suspend your disbelief over seeing the Commando when you read in the MM's bio the following line:

(( The Commando is female. ))

And the MM RPs her as such?
  14. My offer still stands.

    Name: Acolyte of Discord
    Origin: Science or Technology
    AT: Minion
Powersets: Adv. Assault Rifle / -

Acolytes are the foot troops of D.I.S.C.O.R.D. Using advanced weaponns, they bear the brunt of the fighting. Even though yet to prove themselves, they are sometimes augmented with cybernetics or experiments.

    Server: Virtue.

Appereance: Acolytes wear D.I.S.C.O.R.D.'s unique armor. It usually looks pretty generic, and would not make for much of a fun challenge, so be free to be inspired by the image more than a guideline. The loosest parts of the image are the markings themselves (the dark olive ones and the darkened boots/gloves, not mandatory) and the googles. If I like your result, I'll prolly work it into D.I.S.C.O.R.D. somehow. Maybe as a Zealot Initiate (Spec-Ops) as I have only one model so far <.<

Colors on Justice Armor look different indoors than outdoors. I verified with teammates than indoors my medium blue costume looks like it should, but outdoors it is a much paler almost sky blue.

It's metallic. It reflects the surroundings.
  16. Wrong thread dude.

    Anyways;

Sexy Jay, I noticed a bug with the Robes - no screenshot, but choose any robe and Long Sleeve 1-3, and two contrasting colors. You'll see that the primary color part of the sleeve is tinted with the secondary color, which looks bad
  17. Weapon Racks

    Suggested by: Me
    Category: Storage
    Custom: No
    Type: Purchased/Craftable
Description: You can place weapon racks, clicking of which yields a limited-use temp power, depending on rack (IE Submachinegun Rack gives SMG Burst, Rifle Rack gives Adv. Assault Rifle Heavy Burst and so on). Higher-end racks have to be crafted and may yield more powers per click (for example, the best sword rack might yield 3 or 4 attacks, all on the same timer).

    Wall Doors

    Suggested by: Me
    Category: Decorative
    Custom: No
    Type: Purchased
Description: Several type of doors to be put on walls, for example large warehouse doors to use as base entrance and/or to suggest places for future base expaansion.
  18. Update to known weak emotes:

    ;cheer
    ;cower
    ;crossarms (NOOOOOOO! ; ; )
    ;curseyou
    ;dance
    ;drink
    ;flashlight
    ;holdtorch
    ;newspaper
    ;paper
;rock (can't play RPS with a minion...)
    ;sit
    ;slash

Much thanks to Mr. Tarot for help with finding weak emotes.

Also, it seems that certain 'weak' emotes are stronger than other ones - holdtorch is stonger than flashlight, and cheer is stronger than holdtorch, and slash is stronger than most... but it's all too confusing o.o

    The Sleeping

(( ....thanks god I'm not sleeping anytime soon O.o; ))
  20. Ever got bored of your character always doing the same old animation when you activate a macro? Well I didn't - what I'm gonan write abotu I discovered purely by chance, while lookign for something entirely different. But let's not get ahead of ourselves, shall we?

    1. How to make a random emote?

This is actually frighteningly simple. Type them all in one line, like so.

    "em drat$$em frustrated$$em bowdown"

Now what happens? The character performs one of those three emotes - what's more, when you do it again, he'll do a different one. In fact, its seems as if the emotes follow some random but constant order. This still needs research.

    2. Does this work for Masterminds?

Yup. My Mercenaries/ uses a list of emotes to have his pets respond to an "agressive" command.

    3. What are 'weak' and 'strong' emotes?

Something else I've discovered. In some chains, only some emotes showed up. I started researching, and made this theory:

An emote can be either 'weak' or 'strong'. If a weak emote is put into a chain with some strong ones, it will never show up, only the strong ones will cycle. The only way to cycle weak emotes is to chain them with other weak emotes.

    Current known 'weak' emotes:
    ;curseyou
    ;slash

This wraps it up for version 0.1...
  21. Interesting thread, and similar to an idea I have and made - something similar but for making backgrounds out of powersets and origins. The character description challenge in other words.

    Anyhow.

I'm kinda curious what would be your take on the look of a D.I.S.C.O.R.D. Acolyte.

Acolytes are the foot troops of D.I.S.C.O.R.D. Using advanced weaponns, they bear the brunt of the fighting. Even though yet to prove themselves, they are sometimes augmented with cybernetics or experiments.

    Oh and forgive the commentary.
