Looks good, although i would still put 1 acc in each power, targeting drone is equal (iirc) to 1 SO acc.
Replace burst 2 defdeb with acc/recharge/range.
Buckshot.. either range or swap with slug.
Sniper, 1 acc, 2 recharge or interupt, range is usefull
Ingite, range for sure.
Flametrower, range again, bigger cone
Full auto, range.. again
Try to push a EndRed in cloacking
And where is beanbag?
Cryo Freeze, 2xacc/2xrech/2xhold is way to go.
KBdist is not that great, as long they KB is good enough. So then replacing by range would be more usefull together with a acc and recharge here and there.
ED stands for iirc Enhancement Differisation. Once you hit 85ish% buff (cat.A) or 55% (cat.B) the next enhancements of that kind will only give a very minor buff (1-2%). Going 3 with lvl50 IO is already way over cap, lvl53 IO can even nearly hit cap by just 2. -
I would suggest, get Aid Self. It is a great life saver. Added, go for munition epic. Hold power and a awsome 2nd snipe (aoe) power. Boxing i asume u focus for tough, i would take Aid other/self instead of boxing/tough.
Webnade->beenbag->ignite = lt. killer. Later with epic hold power it even becomes more fun, i suggest take all these powers. Tripmine is great, detonator is too 'lucky' shot, skill that. Turret is a meatshield, weak but makes its uses once in a while.
I do asume your slotting is open atm, EndRed in calltrops isnt really.. good. -
Yup, just posted in the lvl50 topic, 1 of my fans died last night. This morning my PSU decided to join him, so gotta replace the hardware, hopefully done by tonight if they got all the stuff in stock.

Ok minor downside, server will be down for at least 1 day. After 1 of the case fans died my PSU decided to go with the fan, have to replace them first

Sorry for the latish update, i had made a bad mistake on the modify option.. basicly whiped the entire database (remember to use limit 1 next time..). I put back a backup, luckely was up to day and added all new submitted heroes.
I had a beta stats page, but if was abit too source-consuming, i'll make a re-run soon if with some start-off stats -

Triage i only find usefull if u fight for longer time on a static spot. Like the invasions is good example. However often u just rush to each new group, perhaps sticking 20sec max at a static spot.
I dropped it eventualy, those 3-4 little fights it makes good use doesnt compensate the somewhat longish recharge. -
I say either Fire Sword or Lighting bolts (the low dmg one isit?).
once u get into melee u can do ball lightning, short circuit, fire circle, combution, consume aaaaand do that again -

basicly more damage, less control.
/fire has lot PBAoE powers, wich can be somewhat annoying if u dont like to be close to mobs or have a bad tanker. -
Masters of -slow and -recharge, very high control (3 holds without epic). Ice/ is DPS wise single target very strong, /Ice is way more controllish. However they are really fun to play, specialy if u go ice/ice/ice you got yourself a minitroller. But a Bu/Aim frozenfist/icesword still does very nice damage
1 power to skip at all times, the PBAoE sleep power, last tier power of /ice. -
Fun it indeed was.
I can remember this mission, open mission with freaks (not dreck though). We kill a few, about 4 got faceplanted by the tank bosses (+5). As we were rezzing and stuff, tanker says something like 'wait here, i go get a few to get rid of debt'.
Few seconds later he jumping by, stand behind a wall yelling to buff/heal him. about 10 seconds later 50-60 freaks were running in among with 20-25 tankers.. Back in those days u still had the scary feeling of O... M... G.. and crying for your mommy.
back then it was all about extremes, you really felt being a offensive juggernaut as blaster, or the indestructable tanker that feared little. A defender made the huge difference, empaths were loved by everyone.
But solo, a blaster still died the same way he does now. The only difference was that u could ditch out more and faster damage to extend the faceplant moment. The moment your health was close to 10%, hitting BU/Aim and thinking.. i will not die today, while clicking your 6slot nova.
Between then and now, not much changed for my Granite, he still is insane strong on damage taking. But if i look at my fire tanker, i have more moments now i serious feel squishy.
What we did back then, others doing now, probably even better. Fire/kin or rad trollers once again took away the whole fun-factor of the game tbh. When i get in the team with 1, its nearly a 'i win' button. -
iirc base ice powers do -20% recharge/slow debuff, making your's do nearly 30%.So basicly u only need 3 powers to hit cap -recharge/slow, normaly u need 3-5. (it only last 10 secs). However, putting the snowstorm on with slow slotted does this job in 1 blow.
U can try both on the testserver, see wich one you like more. As its nearly 40% recharge difference, might be bit annoying. -
Erm... poison heal is actualy very awsome. U just need proper slotting and its a spam power for sure. Added you have the mez-protection power, wich stacks greatly. I can debuff a EB to the bottom, put my big assault bot in front of him and put auto poisonheal on him.. Kinda a I-Win button.
Its the blaster /ice underdog style, 1 power is so useless nobody ever takes it. However, single target they are beyond any other set. Added that it compensate massive with having noxious gas, this beats EMP (TA) 10 times and back (or that intangle power of FF, dark servent is .. equal. Detonator is good, if u use it properly).
I cant remember if Poison trap interupts when u being hit? As Trap trap doesnt, bodyguard mode in, rush in and plant it, awsome tactics.
Perhaps a little buff (no-interupt if hit) would be nice, but once it get close to Trap trap, poison might get abit overpowered. -
Even with noxious gas, Poison poison trap is by default the power you can _always_ skip. Useless, lousy, interuptable, stupid, weak.. did i mention useless already?
Trap poison trap.. pwnz, rawks, uber, lovely, great, isnane, superb, strong, perfect usable, w00t.. 1 word, awsome!
If there ever will be a fix/update to this? Since release of CoV they been like this, i dont see it change anywhere soon. -

How fast can i heard 40 mobs and take em down with just brawl, for example
No really, there still were challenges, mostly you fight nonstop +4/+5 mobs. And even that tankers were extremly tough, blasters were still squishy and faceplanting was till possible. -

Back in the days ED didnt exsist there was virtualy nothing (except psi) that could kill a granite. Cap resist everything with 6 slotted rooted and health
Where instant healing was a toggle.. 6 slotted ^^

No that was 'send in fire/fire tanker, go afk and when u get back u get 5 bars of exp'-tanking

But do agree, fire should get a bity more resist.. they are pretty wussie now. -
Aim+BU = way stronger nova. (aim does 60ish% dmg buff). The 100% acc is very handy to have.
I asume you are familair with ED, sort of enhancement cap on powers wich kicks in at just below 90% bonus (or 60% with resist/defence etc). As IO (iirc) give 41% you hit 82% wich is 8% below the ED-cap. Some cases that final 10% is worth having, specialy on hasten it makes a few seconds difference. 10% on Stamina isnt that uber much, but all bits help
Snowstorm is a toggle on a mob, with a quite big AoE. It does base -50% recharge/slow, although somewhat end-heavy toggle. My blaster has the full Ice set, flash freeze is pretty good if you solo.
The resist to ice/fire is very lowish, the chance you face alot ice/fire damage is fairly small. Main goal is the defence to SL.
Running low on end, you have consume. After Nova u have 10sec -1000% recovery so just pop a blue and hit consume on remaining mobs. Also elec has little drain effect (chance to ), wich makes the EndReds less usefull (specialy on low end using powers).
For the flight, it also has ED thing. So basicly getting 2 IO's is enough already, to counter endurance usage put 1 Endred IO. You hit cap with those now slotted, swap the last fly IO with another (of another set) End/Fly IO. This way its more balanced and somewhat more efficient. -
Fly he can swap the 3rd slot with a end/fly of the other fly set, makes it more even.
Agree on the damage, 3 slot is best for basicly any blaster attack. Ditch 2 slots (the resist) from frozen armor and put them either in hibernate (heal/endmod) and 1 for hasten (3slot recharge it - every second counts).
Consume, swap dmg for recharge, endred for endmod.iirc consume is equal to fire tanker, so it has a ToHit. Either use it with Aim/BU or add a acc to it.
It seems u go alot for 2 slot IO, as it hits near ED.
although i would say, move 1 slot for health to stamina, 3 slot it endmod.
And is it me, or u dont have Aim? -
