    And besides, the time i will ever be able to pick PPP's, i gues Issue 8 is due
  2. So you can only go 1 way in the contacts? Or just go do each contact as you go? If you would have several PPP contacts, wouldnt be that impossible to make PPP's respecable?

    I still wonder about the pet, i gues he takes some aggro away wich would have rather been wacking you for the fury. (or was it controllable like a MM pet?)

    I serious aggree on this point, all PPP's look most similair to CoH epic powers. If some have (like CoH) recharge upto 60 seconds or a serious stupid damage... Or pets that are serious 'lousy' in battle (like the Mu lt you get as temp pet in 1 of the low-lvl missions, his damage is lousy and he run out of end in no time).

    But thats why we got a test-server right?

  5. I'm going pretty well with my mastermind, Trickarrow is pretty fun to play with dispite the realy stupid execution time. Some powers are still pretty gimped (webarrow..) or show not realy effect (flash arrow -acc, but -perc realy works).

    Now i was planning ahead my build, even at lvl38 i still dont have all powers i would like to have, specialy the medicine pool since i dont have any heal and the medic isnt realy that reliable.

    So i was thinking to skip the PPPs until lvl44 (armor needs 1 power first?) and go for the medicine pool. Is it known already that you just can continue playing the game without going for the PPP contacts? Secondly to the PPP, they serious dont fit any MM i have, specialy this MM since the draw animation already gives too much waitingtime.
  6. IIRC this was fixed pretty long time ago, my KO blow was always able to hit those 'stacked in 1 spot' mobs all together. Believe it was along side the fix where mobs less likely would stack up (cap taunt/aggro patch?)

    Specialy ET was having hard time with that 'exploit', instant death if you would have had more then 10 being stacked up in a spot.

    tanking doesnt mean 15 mobs herding.. tanking 1 AV is good enough for him to do his job. Would be weird its 90% though, once the 'move over' is possible tankers become the bottom of the foodchain by far. (heeeey dreck!!)

  10. I would go for the perma-granite one, with such high resist just let a bunch of mobs wack you and your Fury is up in no time.

    I would spend some end-reds here and there, GA's tend to run out of endurance once in a while and then u realy got a big problem And if you play team-based alot, see if you can get some extra slots (taunt/rech) in the taunt power, in GA it recharges pretty annoying slow.
  11. That system will make tankers way to strong at lower lvls. Each AT has struggles at lower lvl, low damage, low resist, less effective heal or not good control yet. Take a step back in difficulty and go with a minor less big team, and most of the time its working perfect.

    Doing easy maths becomes quite inpossible using your system.

  13. Team based i would say 3xEnd/1xAcc/2xTaunt
    Damage based i would say 2xEnd/3xDmg/1xAcc, with full fury and BU or Rage running, pop a few reds and hello damage.

    Suits AR/dev abit, since it has no 'element'. Making a device that creates the shields around you would be the RP reason, TI gives nice resist 22% slotted iirc.
    PFF or repulsion field, i gues you know them. (havent tried repulsion in PvP, dont know if its any good).
    Force of Nature, what to say, become a tanker for a while

    So its either munitions or force i would say.

    For blasters its a awsome power, yet for tankers with ET i think its less effective. Still serious high damage, rather long animation time but mag3 (i think) stun chance. (7 vs 11 BI base damage?)

    Buildup -> ET -> TF = massive damage

    Those 2 together are the 2 highest single target chain any tanker possible could get, slot them both big time and you got yourself a boss-killer set.

    My fire/nrg tanker isnt high enough to get those powers, but i make sure i realy gonna get them both. I think even in PVP an ET->TF can be great, if they wanna run away after ET you are already pumping out TF

  21. You hardly have to worry about incomming damage, earth is just a great aggro keeper and runoff-mobs-catcher. I took TP friend as power, since i hardly have any mobs that i need to TP towards me and stoney's are just bad in PvP Because TP foe is interuptable, in battle its pretty hard to use when you get hit all the time, those cases i have my earth set ready to let them focus on me again.

  23. I thought mudpots only do -slow and not a -recharge?

    Mudpots is great for teaming, i think in solo-missions with large spawns it helps minor to keep all the mobs nice around you. yet mudpots is a quite end-heavy power, you need to slot it pretty heavy.

    As for chrystal armor, you stil have GA as emergency-button, so whenever your nrg defence isnt helping pop GA and continue your bruting

    Erm.. 50%+20%+25% = 95% -> cap 90% resist.
    100 damage = 10damage with cap resist. You would kinda nerf it. But i got a feeling you are mixing up defence and resist. TI is a resist shield, not a defence shield, unyielding is a def-shield iirc.

    I'm play a stone brute on the CoV side, with only tough/rockarmor/stoneskin as armors, not that much resist. yet i am still able to stay alive with 4-5 player teams pretty ok.

    I dont think anything seems that wrong with the system, i gues its way more current playstyle and teamsetups. Like a defender can be 2 lvls lower then team easily, having a +1/+2 tanker in the team helps alot too. Yes he might get less experience then the others in team, but you got a extremely effective teamsetup to work with. (like i was 18, rest was 15-17 - less exp, but no deaths). Add the fact people often go for attacks first or take the wrong shields (BA is the end of your endurance), you get these bad situations.
