Okay so I made an fan made coh comic titled the Justice-Knights. Its available at www.justiceknights.net/comic/comics.html

Well I am working on issue 4 and I have done pretty much all of it save for one main scene.

This scene involves a large crowd of heroes gathered in Atlas hanging out around Manticore.
I plan on using demo editing to replace one character with Manticore but it would take me hours and hours and hours, countless days, weeks or even months to place in all the characters I need, all the heroes and make them look all different.

So I am hoping to get help with the crowd part. I have already gotten an SG and mine to help out but its not enough.

I am hoping anyone and everyone here could help out by logging into Atlas Park VIRTUE server, even with a lvl 1 hero, and gather in the crowd.

I am doing this on virtue because of the sheer number of daily players and that other SG that is helping out and my villain group is here.

I was hoping that if any Devs like BaBs, Positron, Blue Shield or Manticore could show up to help draw in a crowd.
I was hoping a Mod like Ex Libris or Niv could show up to help draw a crowd.

Planning for realistically, I doubt they have the time to help me or the will so I am still trying to get anyone and everyone to show up. I am really hoping for about 30 to 50 people.

If you can please help, I would greatly appriciate it and I'd like to put your name in a list in the comic of all those who helped out and cameos and whatnot.

I am planning for later today at about 6pm PST/ 7pm MST / 8pm CST / 9pm EST to gather up and hopefuly begin recording the demo shortly after that.

The entire thing will take about 15 to 30 minutes, depending on how quickly it takes to gather everyone up and around the main characters.

Nice thing is, while you can only record demos with quicky little file names, you can rename them to just about anything you want.

Like, say "Winter Farming" dated 1/13/2005. Vista tells me it contains the string "Abominable_Snowman_Giant". So what should I do with it, SS?

Sweet alot of these are really good. Especially the ones in Atlas during the day, which is partly exactly what I needed :P

BTW, is there an number 12? and also, if you have anymore that are during the day in atlas, even if they are really crappy shots cuz a power or a building got in the way or whatever, but still shows even the slightest bit of him, i could use them aswell.

Yeah... I guess... but if I actually start demo editign the file, i'll have my OCD kick in and have to make it in the exact position it should be in, originally written in, which is around the warehouses on the west side of Atlas Park...

Trying to justify to my OCDness not to do that if I am simply using someone else's screen shots or demo files. lol

I personlly use that Balshor's demo editor. I like the way it Filters real quick and easy. I seem to be able to do everything with that, easy for a beginner demo editor like myself.

You should probably not say dollars here. Just mention it would be conisderd a low amount.

I think you also might be able to find someone who could do it for cheap. Maybe even 25 dollars since its not just a regular commission but something that'll be in a fan made comic book and that helps a coh bro or sis.

Also, if you can only afford 25 dollars, what about paying 25 dollars per thing, since you mentioned 2. or 25 dollars in 3 installations. Anythings possible but I'd say avoid actually saying the dollars out loud.

And I was just tryin to help ya Torroes since noone at all responded and this was going to the next page.

I've seen many post to ask for stuff in the past. One of the main things that people tend to respond with, is directing people to other areas to find artists (if noone is interested here).

This all comes from that one thread awhile ago with that guy who was like the hero Question but dressed in red. That detective guy.
I remember when noone was interested, they directed him to other artist commitioning sites. So if noone is interested here, perhaps directing Torroes to those same or similair sites would help?

Report Details:
I have no idea whats going on.
The Rikti are attacking, yes, but this top secret Star Strider Force communication stuff is leaking to part of the public that is the superhero community. No one is sure what to make of it.
Given this leak, I have decided to attempt communication of my own and figure out what's going on.

Analysis of Current Situation:
These Star Strider Force stuff appears pretty serious and I've even noticed many signing up when they don't even know what its for. My super group the Justice-Knights has in its hands a retrofitted Rikti mother ship that was left over from the first Rikti war. This ship is in orbit and is at the ready, should Rikti-ish sensors or equipment be needed.
Also to report, our equipment has been acting strangely as of late and we are getting equally strange readings. We need more information to understand what these COULD mean. We need your help with this.

Suggestion of Action:
What is the Star Strider Force? What are all these communications dealing with Justice Unit, Virtue Unit, Infinity Unit and the like.
Why are you mobilizing? Details of what each units assignments are, Offensive Units, Defensive Units, Special Assignment Units are all out there and leaked. Why all the planning now?
Who are you?

Since your "secure" communications have been leaked to parts of the hero community, my suggested course of action would be disclosure.
Perhaps with more information of what is planned and/or going on, the Justice-Knights, and myself, could be of better use, especially given the use of a Rikti Mother ship as our base of operations.
It is also likely many more heroes out there have greater connections to equipment, information or technology that could be of use.
Now that much of the community is aware SOMETHING is going on, I suggest communication, FULL communication with whats going on.

If you know something is going to happen, I pray you share it with the rest of us who CAN assist.

I suggest you fill us in on what is going on cause IF something big is about to happen and lives are lost because of some self-important idea of doing it alone and keeping secrets from those who can help...
If something ANY of you know but refused to share with the rest of us hurts an innocent, I swear AFTER this is all over...

You're correct, you never do see the Winter Lord himself, the Winter Lord GMs are manifestations of hom, according to their description anyway. And i'll check to see if I have any other screenies of him but I doubt it. Most of the extras I'd have would be fairly simialr to what I have up there, just slightly different poses. I'll check when I get home tonight though.

Phew... good. I wrote the issue I am working on a year ago and was afraid I messed up on that lol. Phew...

As for everyone who has posted there screen shots, thank you so much. I havnt had the time yet to go over everything but I will by tonight.

If anyone else has anything or a demo recording of anything, that would help. The more I have the easier it is and if your toon is in the shot and I use it, you'll be having a cameo in it! lol

Yeah, I have a Kin myself. I choose it because I wanted to have a speedster and I figured the self speed buff would stack with ss. lol

So the way I RP him is he is a mutant with the ability to control and alter the essense of speed. Imagine if the Flash was able to manipulate the Speed Force, not just in himself, but in all things around him.

So my character doesnt just make himself run fast, he can slow everyone around him down, or speed them up aswell.

In situations like a woman being shot at. He uses his powers to slow the entire scene, or just the bullets or run real quick and get her out of the way or any number of different variables.


I think this fits with it pretty well since some of the powers slow people down and some of the speed them up.

As for others ideas with it... Magic spells is one I was thinking about, blessings and curses/hexes.
I also had the idea of a Gung Fu master and his use of Chi. He would use Chi or Ki strikes, not to do physical harm but to slow/block others Chi and speed up the flow of others Chi.
Whether or not I'd rp it that he has to be within melee range or has mastered it so he can do it from affair, i havnt choosen yet.


I also used to RP some of the kin powers as sound powers before sonic came out. You could still have it sorta be that, especially when you see the heals and how they radiate how. Reminds me ripples in water and sound waves.


Hm... what else can i think of...

Does anyone by chance have a demo file that includes that one winterlord big snow monster guy?

Also, I was hoping someone has a demo of many heroes all fighting him?

lol I dont want to wait that long... The fourth issue of my comic is just about done. One of the main things I need is a shot of heroes woopin on a Snow Beast.

I am going to probably have to do a demo edit but was hoping people had left over screen shots. I had some but i think i deleted them by mistake or something awhile ago cuz I cant find em...

Anyone have screen shots of many heroes fighting a Snow Beast, one of Winter Lords monsters from previous winter events?

Also, are any of them in Atlas Park, preferably on the west size (if not its okay, anything will help).

Okay, i am still trying to figure out the last demo but I took two tohers, they are pretty much the same and have the same basis problem that I cant figure out.

In both, i have many gathered aroudn a hero, that hero is SUPOSE to be Manticore. For some reason he isnt rendering. What am I missing or doing wrong in both?
