I grew up overseas where there was no trick or treat for me at all.
By the time I came back to the states I was in college and I was too busy.
It was a treat for me since it was my 1st virtual trick or treat ever...

I do appreciate the communication between the players and the developers. However, If we as players were aware of what bugs are on the live server with fixes on the test server we could save a lot of time and effort solving these issues.
All I am asking is for a list of open bugs (i.e. warping foes) that we can verify one by one if the fix on the test server works.
I know you have that list, all we want to do is help solve these issues so that we can go back to what we do best. -
People should expect that the XP mission bonus should be tied to the difficulty slider.
In other words, the harder the mission the higher the reward. -

I can't solo two +4 bosses anymore?" True - but they'll have fun battling 3 white minions - which is something you can say at level 15, but not at level 35. As a lvl 50 FF def I could not even do the cape mission without help. I failed 3 times on my own!!!
Where is the balance for all ATs when Defs don't have a chance of soloing Rikty Bosses for a irrelevant cape?!?! -

"it's ready when it's ready" isn't blowing smoke - as soon as the majority of the bugs are worked out, we'll put it live. Opinions range here from later this week (v. optimistic) to a few weeks - the bugs are being fixed in large droves, but we'll see.
Those opinions are all overridden by the reality of "we'll prop it when the bugs are fixed".

I rather wait for the code to be fixed (most of it anyway) than have them go live and read about the complains about being out too soon.
People seem to care more about the capes than anything else...let's get real about all the issues. -

I just don't get it, PPL are paying for a MMORPG and want to solo the entire game. It's just plain nonsense.
Although I have been soloing lately with my blaster, I really like grouping with all ATs at all levels.
And nobody is forcing anyone to group at lower levels.
I have never played MMORPGs and I was hesitant the 1st time I entered Perez which is the game's initiation into grouping. Back then (early May 2004) I had no idea that teaming will be so rewarding.
CoH promotes a sense of community and I have played with some of the nicest people.
If the devs want to promote grouping at all levels, I give them my support. It is a MMORPG for crying out loud...
I love it when teams get together to fight AVs or Monsters...that is the best part of the experience.
CoH required developers to work as a team!!! Kudos...!!! -

For 50 levels I played an FF def and I knew that Soloing was very hard for him and after I met and teamed with Blasters and Scrappers the game became more of a joy to me.
I don't have a problem knowing up front that defenders are meant to group, and I agree that soloing them is a slow process and again I love playing him. I met the nicest people on this game as such.
Now I rolled out a Blaster to revisit old zones and try out a new type. Yes, I have leveled faster than with my defender but I have soloed and teamed with defenders and controllers. And I like to give pointers to new defenders about how to play their roles in groups.
Folks, this is a game that offers many choices and I give kudos to Statesman and his team to keep it as such.
I love the people I play with and I am here to stay...
