What my point was, but I don't thing anyone got, what happens to your freedom?I know you prefer people not to come in capes and auras because of lag but what if people do?This is a game after all so why be so botherd if someone does come in a cape.Theres no point in sending them tells asking (if your polite) or telling (for the not so polite peeps out there) to change the costume as that person would be quite happy to carry on cape swooshing in the wind because that is how they like to play the game.What's stopping those who are very unhappy with having a go at this person and then things get nasty because that person would still prefer to keep the cape. Cape person could recieve alot of abuse for playing the way they like and all they did was turn up to have fun and kill big old mean hammi. I would say that being called things, that would be censored, by someone repeatedly or by a big group of peeps bullying.Just because that person is different doesn't give you the right to have a go at them.Then of course those throwing the abuse would be petitioned,their defense?The silly "that guy was wearing a cape and wouldn't take it off."

So what i'm saying is if someone does turn up in a cape and/or aura It's most likely they ain't going to change it so leave them be and just focus on the task in hand. It's going to be a night full of unholy laggy evil, just don't take it out on the ones that are different and want to keep their capes and auras as they are there to help.

So be it fully equipped with cape and cowl or stripped down to your undies, Good luck and have fun

OK I have been to severaly Hami raids, people come in capes and auras all the time, they are infringing on my freedom not to have extra lag and my freedom not to have the zone crash when Mitos spawn. (I think you have taken Xanthus's words too literally, I have never seen people "bullied" for capes and auras but since the last 3, 4? attempts have failed due to the servers and not the people I can see why he feels more strongly than usual, there are also increased measures than normal to combat lag)
The biggest problem at Hami raids is lag, Hami dissapears, we have to target through pets, powers stop firing, he breaks free, spawns a mito for every hero crashes the zone, Hami puts up a sign "out for lunch, back in three hours", game over.
There is a reason for the guide, organising people is not easy, this is a raid if you join (volunteer for) a raid organised by someone else then you do what they tell you or you are not helping, dont like it then you are free to organise your own.

Tracer has been fixed now, so you can get them in sirens or St Martial, Gear Smasher is very easy to get in Cap, as the person above posted, or Sirens as well, many round the oilrig thing and the hotspot near the closest hotspot to the villain base.
I have seen damned walking the streets of Port Oakes (only while on low lvl alts) and there are skulls in Mercy.

If he was booted him from the game he should have logged back into the TF team, a corruptor on our Respec DC'd twice in the final room got bak in and got the respec.

This works on all T/SFs, if you log (or are DC'd) without quitting the team you can continue it next time you log on.

I had 1 end reduction in each heal but I will probably take them out, like Cybercel I have plenty of end even in long fights and I do plenty of fighting.
I have every /thermal power bar Melt armour (8 1/2 bars to go) and I highly recommend tham all.

Heat Exhaustion is a current favourite, 2 recharges make it ready for every fight or multiple times for very hard bosses/GMs, also seems to have a nice accuracy, hitting orange bosses with 1 accuracy regularly and mostly hitting purples. probably put another in so it hits when you really need it to.

Forge recharges pretty quick, I have 2xtohit buffs and I can keep it perma on 2 people (I might have a recharge but I cant actually remember right now).

I am not an enormous invis fan and would probably prefer to take tactics/assault myself, another thing to consider is keeping yourself alive and upright, my empath took acrobatics from the leaping pool and it works wonders, even kept me on my feet against Hami blasts (only non tank standing )

Cause the build only goes up to 28 and AB is lvl32

I also think the build looks fine and the enhancements can be altered easily to taste if you have the slots in place, you could easily try out the advice and then pick whats best for you.

Oh and stick a range enhancement in your TP, at least when you get SOs, not needed often but you may as well make use of the slot for a rainy day. I respec'd out TP in the late 20s but it is very handy for low lvls (especially Hollows) because it became redundant, combat ressing puts hair on your chest

Forgive what may be a noob question, but can't you get all these badges through normal game-play as well? I can understand organizing a hunt for them when you know there's a mission that spawns the required mobs (and I lurve shiny badges too ), but I just want to confirm my understanding that these aren't specific to the Valentine's Day event.

Reason I'm asking is that I won't have the time to specifically hunt for them before those missions go away (I read that happens on the 22nd - true?)

You can get them through normal gameplay but only on CoV, this event is the only way so far to get these badges for heroes and AFAIK it ends on the 22nd.
