Oh btw...the Brotherly Love badge is obtainable if you defeat them within 3 seconds of each other.....so yes the timer on that needs to be fixed....

Quote:Leader cred definitely goes to Terminotaur, who was very effective at communicating the directions for the team as we went along. In retrospect, it's actually not that hard; going with a full 16 man team helps for the latter fights (greater firepower potential), and turtling up for shared buffs is a good way to work the big AV fights. Doing a Master run in one shot is quite doable, I think.
I don't exactly "run" things right now (baby duties prevent me from taking ownership of the runs).. if anything, I'm just connected enough to rope in solid players in order to build a trial team. Think of me less as a CEO and more of a Recruiting fiend.I leave the actual league/team leadership to more reliable players.
Having SAID that, however, I think it would behoove people who want the Master badge to form up nightly at the same time, in order to bang out the badges as well as train players by regular runs. Traditionally, I used to start daily at 10pm EST. If someone wants to step up the tempo on this and keep it going, by all means, spread the word.
heh...you said "behoove"...not many use this 20 cent word anymore.... -

Why do I get the sneaking suspicion that Stan Lee is going to be the old man standing in the bank telling Loki that he will not kneel to him??
This could be real or it could be utter crap purposefully put out by Marvel as a misdirect...although I think I am going to go with the former.....
Remember SPOILER ALERT!
Oh and new link -
How about this!

Quote:Well, there was that zombie munchin' on a deer in season one. Gotta imagine that a deer is harder to catch than a mobile vegetable. The cow could've been sleeping though.
I'd be more concerned with how there was no real sound indicitive of an animal in distress, other than that little bit of mooing Dale heard.
Actually in regards to the deer in season one I believe that Daryl had actually killed it and the zombie got to it before Daryl could come and take it back to the rock quarry campsite....In regards to the cow....it could have been that the cow had bedded down and that is how the zombie was able to get to it.....although I am not sure why the zombie wandered off...perhaps something caught its attention and it went off to investigate....
I read somewhere (or it was on Talking Dead) that originally Dale was supposed to have found another member of the group dead instead of the cow....
ZOMBIE COW!!!!!! MOOOOOOO!!!!!! -
wow...did not see that happening....poor Dale....r.i.p.

okay kiddos....lets play follow along here.....
1. Weyland Industries website, which I am going to go out on a limb here and say that it is some how tied into the movie Prometheus...
and
2. The above website references the Ted.com website....its like its all tied together...../end sarcasm
Yes I get what Durraken is saying...however this (again going out on a limb) is just setup to the actual Prometheus movie....
Besides if you had watched the somewhat god awful Alien Vs. Predator movies you would know that Weyland and Yutani got their grubby mits on advanced alien tech and that is more than likely what made them go in search of those "beings".... -

Oh wow...really? I have better names that I still havent used yet.....I have a HUGE list of names (and yes I do check them from time to time) to use before having to worry about someone selling me one...
-
Yea....they forgot about the Eletric Boogaloo Blue and Red supes.....
Oh nevermind...this is a completely unrelated story....although would be funny to see done the same way.... -
I want to see Bay do a version of My Little Ponies!

The Borg manifest as cybernetically-enhanced humanoid drones of multiple species, organized as an interconnected collective, the decisions of which are made by a hive mind, linked by subspace radio frequencies. The Borg inhabit a vast region of space in the Delta Quadrant of the galaxy, possessing millions of vessels. They operate solely toward the fulfilling of one purpose: to "add the biological and technological distinctiveness of other species to [their] own" in pursuit of "perfection". The concept of perfection is the unifying idea at the core of the Borg. The pursuit of an unemotional, mechanical perfection is the Borg's only motivation. This is achieved through forced assimilation, a process which takes individuals and technology, enhancing and controlling them.
and I think that this is where the idea for nanotech comes from:In the graphic novel Star Trek: The Manga, the Borg resulted from an experiment in medical nanotechnology gone wrong.
and SPOILER ALERT:
In the novel Lost Souls (the third book in the Star Trek: Destiny trilogy) the Borg are revealed to be the survivors of the Caeliar city Mantilis. Thrown across the galaxy in the Delta Quadrant and back in time to approximately 4500 BC by the destruction of Erigol at the climax of Gods of Night, the first book in the trilogy, a group of human survivors from the starship Columbia NX-02 and Caeliar scientists try to survive in a harsh arctic climate. Most of the human survivors die of exposure, while several Caeliar are absorbed into their race's gestalt to give life to the others in their group mind.
The Caeliar offer the remaining humans a merging of human and Caeliar, to allow both groups to survive. The human survivors are resistant and as time goes on, the Caeliar called Sedin becomes the sole survivor of her group, her mental processes and her form both degrading as time goes on. When the humans return to Sedin for help, she forces them to merge with her, unwilling to allow herself to die when a union can save her life. The forced merging of the humans and the mostly-decayed Caeliar results in the creation of the first Borg. The gestalt group mind is perverted to become the collective, driven by Sedin's desperate hunger and need to add the strength, technology and life-force of others to her own. Ironically, while the Caeliar were - albeit accidentally - involved in the creation of the Borg, they also provide the means to end it; in the 24th century, the Caeliar absorb the entire Borg collective back into themselves, ending the cyborgs' centuries-long reign of terror. -
really dont think that the prison angle will be explored in the series....they keep talking about the military compound....and who knows, maybe those guys in the bar were just blowing smoke just to gauge their reaction.....
-
Quote:I dont think she was bit....I think she was scratched....I think I've seen sharper Play-Doh than her. Regarding those guys, yeah they were almost certainly thieves or raiders. I haven't read the comics and stay away from spoilers, so I don't know who ends up how, but I was almost yelling at the TV about Hershel's daughter. "Check her for bite marks!" Also, I wish they'd go ahead and shoot Shane. I can't stand arrogant 'alpha males' like him. I really enjoyed this episode.
