been awhile since I made a CoH character so here is my latest alt Icia so what do u guys think? =)

it is true that claws isn't the most damaging but it amkes up for it whith the fast recharges my claws/regen slices everything to pieces in seconds

ok this is maybe only my opinion but i find the epic shield worthless. i know it makes a nice costume item but it sucks end and really you dont benefit from it. take hibernate asap i mean that power rocks i use it all the time and that is a lifesaver. now for slotting freezing rain is best slotted for defense debuff loose the slow in it coze snowstorm slows em up quite good so get a slow in snowstorm. then for lightning storm i have no acc in it i dont find them neccessary coze it seems to hit all the time and if u put in a third rech u can make it perma even overlapping abit at 50 i think i got it covered dont know much about fire tho so hope this helps

ok this is my build. before the questions come i will explain i have the concealment pool just for my liking i love it. i took superspeed cause i like it 2 oh hasten is nice on a pb. and u definately need stamina. well i do and if ure going mostly human i would advice it even more. and slotting bright nova for tohit buffs is also pretty smart coze nova gives u a nice acc bonus. and for dawn strike it is not a nuke. atleast it doesnt do that much damage. but i find it handy in some situation coze it knocks them back and does some damage 2 and ofcourse it looks very pwetty

the good thing about khelds is they can do annything like some say capable of everything master of none ^^ i myself have a 3 form pb and it is true you have to watch your slots but it is doable i will put my build up here l8er

one question why whirlwind? XD as a former whirlwind lover i know it looks great and all and the knockback is nice but it drains end and isnt there any other power u would rather have? just my opinion dont hate me

Dark i so agree with u we were not overpowered in pvp i still rock i think with my holds and all (Mind/Storm) but it takes ages to take an opponent down we can hold em forever but we can never kill em atleast give us something so we can defeat someone in pvp which i find now nearly impossible maybe something like the more holds you stack the more damage you do or something like that

dark armor for all at's can but thats the only one i can think of

ok got my build right here and managed to fit stamina in i don not have smoke bomb tho its a nice power gives ure henchies a nice assasin strike but it swallows end >.> and i heard poison trap is not a viable option so i left that out and took hover nice for the tp combo and i want my wings to flap around 2

ty for all the great replies about the pvp pve question i love to pvp thats why i put in tp foe makes a nice combo if u tp em use focus eviscerate then air sup (i know some will say you will have to redraw ure claws then but its a great tactic to keep someone on their backs and it allows for another attack namely focus and then eviscerate and so on ) about stamina if i 3 slot recovery i dont have any end problems and i always have some blues with me just in case so here is my build again fully tweaked and all
btw this is the build after i have focused accuracy (before that i have all my attacks 2 slotted with accuracy) oh and i took resilience earlier becaus i already have a nice attack chain so i really dont need slash if anyone has a better power for 49 plz do tell

would be nice steel to compare them to eachother i am not so sure about stamina seeing i can get conserve power round the same time as i would get stamina and that would get me 2 more power choices. and most say tough isn't worth it and you almost see no difference what do u think?

btw for group fly i like to pvp and i heard of the drop technique i tried it but it takes me ages to locate an enemie follow em and then drop my minions am i doing it wrong?
