Claws/Regen
The Regen powers are fine, apart from revive which will probably never need more than the default slot.
And MoG, which has fine slotting but is a "personal taste" choice.
I'd definately take a 3rd Endred SO in Focussed Accuracy, it's a real Endurance hog.
Teleport Foe seems a bit overslotted.... are you aiming for something in particular with that?
Tough is not needed on a regen, but it can be useful depending on your own playstyle. Claws is fairly endurance light but you don't have Stamina, so running another toggle might give you trouble. If it was up to me then I'd move revive to 49... then drop TP self, TP foe and either MoG/Resilience to pick up swift, health and stamina. With a Flight SO in swift you could cap your speed with 2 SOs in Fly.
Some of the Claws attacks have odd slotting (I don't even think you can get an interrupt reduction into Strike!) but I'll let a Claws user comment on them...

Claws-wise you definately want Slash and all your attacks need 3xDamage in them. I put Slash in instead of Spin but you can choose to lose some other powers if you feel like you want Spin in there. If you're levelling up from level 1 I'd be tempted to get Swipe somewhere between levels 1 and 10 and respec it out in the 20s as it's a bit short on attacks pre-Focus and it probably won't be very fun to play!
As said above I'd be tempted to drop Tough as it's not really as useful as you might think and also I'm not sure of the benefits of having both Fly and Teleport.
Your Regen slotting is spot on, but I'd still be tempted to get the Fitness pool as well though. One thing I did note while sorting that above build was the lack of slots.

Kudos on keeping spin in as multihits are where claws gains its dps really but id move the end slot from integration to air sup to keep spin slotted as is as its potentially great dpe anyway with numbers hit. Should you find your not using spin enough in every group i'd change a rechg for an end for more ST viability.

A dam is equal to a recharge in terms of dps but the less you have to use it the more end you save, id 3 dam it unless you normally always more than 1 or 2 with it.

Thats alot of damage over time can work well, less awkward in teams to use than spin too but shockwave can actually help to get the most out of spin by sweeping. I like shockwave, dont take any alphas, alpha them instead.

Rarely used power for most people so could be slots found again even if just 3 def and 1 res.
I find claws difficult to get the most potential damage out of, if i could multihit as much as i could with every attack all of the time with every team i could be happy in the knowledge i was getting great damage per end from the multihitters from this build. With regens its the end slotting you can save on whereas my sr its recharge. Enough slots in the powers is the main thing as you can change whats in them so thats the bit to get right.
Its late i maynt be 100% correct and id of played Fire Kittys builds quite happily due to what i as a player require because of what i am realistically capable of in teams, my love for AV bashing and that i do have the occasional pvp. But as an SR i know that anyone with experience is going to hit thru my 103% def the moment i click elude so i dont bother much, i might get 1 out of 2 eludes in a 10 min match worthwhile, MOG on a regen isnt unfair yet imo but ymmv and mine may do too one day.

thx for the advice shannon bout eviscerate i managed to understand the power and line them up so i hit almost always 2 or even 3 enemies at once
My Claws Regen runs with tough and hasten, without stamina and has no end problems at all. I have end rdx's in Tough, FA and one each in Shockwave and eviscerate. 2 accs, 3 dmgs in all the attacks.

would be nice steel to compare them to eachother i am not so sure about stamina seeing i can get conserve power round the same time as i would get stamina and that would get me 2 more power choices. and most say tough isn't worth it and you almost see no difference what do u think?
Difficult to comment tbh.. my understanding was always that tough was worth having (as a scrapper) but weave was not. I had weave, but took it out, and the only difference I noticed was the fact that I could survive without stamina, and thus had room for other things, rather than a drop in my survivability.

I had Tough on my Claws/Regen but I didn't take it for my MA/Regen (both 50) and to be honest I didn't notice any difference in survivability.
Isn't Tough a 8 or 10% increase to S/L resistance or something for scrappers? I have to say that if I took it out, there's nothing I'd really want to replace it with so that extra bit of resistance (how ever minuscule) I'm quite happy with.
As is often the case with these kinds of questions though is that different peoples opinions how ever valid to them don't reeally mean squat. Only way you can be sure of whether or not a particular power suits you or not is to try it! (for me that's half the fun hehe)

To add my own little view on here, I've played a fair bit on Claws/Regen with my main a lvl 50 on the defiant server. Witht he question of tough I still do run tough on my scrapper, although people do point out that you may not notice it at all I tend to disagree.
Although it is geared towards dam res of only particular types and does not encompass fire/energy/cold/dark ect.. it does reduce the damage you will take over the course of taking alpha by enough to make a big differnce. With regen you need time to react to have your heals ready, to go into Mog or IH. Due to this i find tough handy.
I have always ran stamina on my regens but that mainly springs from PvP'ing a fair bit on the toon and I like having very end efficent toons. All of your choices in the regen look great however from tryign out MoG the best slotting i find is actually more DamRes & Def Res then recharge.. This is mainly that Regen imo have two 'God' modes with IH being one and MoG being the second. The times you need to enter these modes should not be continuous so you should only make sure one or the other is recharged, coupled with the two is revive as well incase you are caught short. Also from what I hear on PvP & PvE the extra DamRes & DefBuff make a massive diff to MoG and means you can normally survive the full 3 mins throwing your claws around like crazy (Now I'm not a numbers person so you may hit the def/res cap with full slotting but sure someone could comment on that).
All the claw attacks look good, keeping both Spin & Shockwave is a great chocie. When takign alpha they really get you in the middle and kick out some good damage combined with your follow up. Additionally shockwave is great for damage prevention, however in teams it can infuriate people with the constant KB.
The KB increase to focus you may want to switch with a range but focus is another great ppower that i use constantly. Do you plan on doing much PvP using this toon or is it mainly PvE your looking for?

Oozy has a nice idea there, but i would try out in a zone without stamina as with fly running too and the possibility if running tough toggle you could have problems in long drawn out fights.
But yes i'd say slipping tough in there rather then having some unslotted attacks would be better

Really? Sure MA kills faster than Claws but I'd have thought that would have been balanced by the damage mitigation of Claws, knockdown is a huge help.
Actually I'd go as far as saying that Knockdown is usually better than disorients.
At least in PVE... you can perma-Knockdown a +5 Boss with just Air Superiority!
Claws does better single-target DPS than MA, assuming you're using Follow-Up.
MA gets same amount of knockdowns and then disorients to boot. id rather give a disorient that lasts the length of focused chi than have someone get up and whack me. Air sup is good but id rather unleash a nice attack chain that can keep connecting on a disorientated boss.

Statistically it has a higher single target DPS but that only really comes into effect in longer fights eg. against bosses and AVs. The vast majority of PvE is against minions where burst damage is much more effective and MA has higher burst damage than Claws.

It's true that MA has the same number of knockdowns but I find when playing it the knockdowns are much less important than in Claws, infact they are more a nuisance than a help (Crane Kick's knockback can sometimes be a bit annoying). Also none of the disorients have a 100% chance to mez (except Cobra Strike which is pretty meh) and so are pretty unreliable.
I've never used Air Sup on my Claws Scrapper as the redraw annoys me, but although the mob may not be permanently on the floor there is still plenty of mitigation.

Cobra strike isn't that meh, it's pretty much the same as other single target, no damage, high stun attacks. It has decently fast animation too.
ok let me know what u guys think of this build any enhancements need to be tossed around? and is tough really worth it? will it make a viable difference? this build is when i get focused accuracy until then i will have all my attacks double slotted with accuracy. I will shut up now
