Cobra strike isn't that meh, it's pretty much the same as other single target, no damage, high stun attacks. It has decently fast animation too.

For an AT which is all about dealing damage, that's my problem with it :P
I only use it on problem mobs like Sappers, the rest of the time it's just drawing out the inevitable kill.
