One of my characters is an actual Nazi. True, he's a toned down No Swastikas Nazi like the 5th Column, but still....
Also, my main, Scythus, wants to kill every living being on the planet to please his masters in the Netherworld. And when he's done with that, he'll move on to the next reality and start all over again. -
KAOS-219 - Elec/Energy Brute: A genetically enhanced cyborg created in Soviet Russia in a series of experiments to create the perfect weapon. He was too perfect and quickly rebelled against his creators. Because the experiments destroyed much of his memory, his true identity has pretty much been lost.
Mistress Bloodwrath - Mercs/Pain Mastermind: A Russian mutant with powers over pain. She was part of an Eastern European terrorist group before arriving in the Rogue Isles. Very much unashamedly fashioned on the Baroness trope.
Lady Tsukira - Dual Blades/Reflexes Scrapper: Trained in the arts of combat, Lady Tsukira came to Paragon City to hunt down the supernatural entities that disgraced her family centuries ago in Japan.
Baron Ironfist - Assault Rifle/Thermal Corruptor: An aging German cyborg from World War II. He used to be in charge of assigning tasks to Germany's special forces in the war and had himself enhanced with cybernetic implants so he could live forever and stand toe to toe with metahumans in combat.

General Scythirus - Super Strength/Shield Brute: Scythirus is a fictional Persian nation of my own creation that I developed on a game called NationStates. Anyway, they had their own animated propaganda show called "The Adventures of General Scythirus" and he held a passing resemblance to a certain American comic book character that also had a military rank. I can't use the black market at all. It tells me "The Black Market could not process your request. Please wait a few moments and try again." I've logged on and off, rebooted the game, left and came back an hour later. Nothing seems to work. I can't buy or sell, or even put stuff in storage.

I17 has been out for a couple days now, and I've noticed something that really worries me. There is a distinct lack of the doomsaying and whining that generally accompanies a new update. The reason people whine and complain when there's a new update is that they love the game, and are worried about its future. So obviously, the only reason there are can be so few complaints is that people have stopped caring about our beloved game!
We need to do something about this, at the very least to assuage my fears that the game is losing support. So please, everyone, if you love this game, let the world know it by complaining about everything you can and foretelling the DOOM of the game.
If this new trend of contentment and happiness continues, I'll be forced to conclude that the game is closing down in the near future. -

Since I won't get a chance to play my MM much until this weekend, I'm wondering if anyone wants to give their opinions on powers you can skip without gimping yourself too much.
The problem I am seeing is, all the personal attacks and Hell on Earth are looking very appealing, where generally those equivalent powers are easily skippable with other MMs. So unless you go with a light secondary like Force Fields, you will have to make some potentially painful tradeoffs.
Is Hell on Earth as nice as it appears to be? Also, if you were to use only one of the three personal attacks, which one would it be? -

Ok, no silver bullets is a let down, but I have to agree with Myriad. The real problem with Dual Pistols is that it looks so awesome. Not that I mind that, it just makes the looks of the other powers so ho hum. I do wish that incendiary bullets were red though and not green like the toxic bullets(or is my monitor screwed up?).

the % of people who will actually use ultra mode is so low i really cant believe they think it was a good idea.
there are people who still cant play in grandeville for crying out loud cause its too laggy. -
Yeah, realistically, black reflects a hell of a whole lot. Almost as much as gray/silver does. White... not a whole lot much. I mean, I have seen reflections in shiny white objects, but it's mostly light sources in my experience.

Sam....Sam, Sam, Sam...Poison has a grand total of ONE power that is not useable on pets. The others are things that work on pets, are debuffs, one is even a major pet buff that turns your henchman into a walking de-buff bot. -
Actual cities are noisy, thus Paragon City should be noisy too.

Well, everyone who doubted that I could run Ultra Mode even on low settings on my machine with its GeForce 9500 GS I hope is thoroughly enjoying the taste of their toes.
Behold! Ultra Mode on MEDIUM settings! (Any higher and framerate drop starts to become noticeable.)

We never see the one who is actually in charge of the Family, we know it is made up of independant crime syndicates that have come together and the more loreful among us know that Frost heads the Family altogether. But we only see him in the most annoying-to-unlock arc in the game which is given out by Viridian, he doesn't appear anywhere else in the game, I don't think his henchies even mention him.

Also another big and evil mastermind we know nothing of. He only appears in Virdian's arc and he's only described briefly in one of the blueside arcs.
