ToF base recharge time is about 8 seconds and slotting it with 2 recharge SO will provide only 3 sec difference which isn't worth it IMO.
And I dont think that SD will be usefull in PvP -

Actually ToF is perma out of box so I dont think that I'll need 2 recharges in it.

I know that I may need some recharges, but I just dont have a place for 'em [img]/uk/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I had to sacrifice my travel powers slots just to slot FA [img]/uk/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img] I'd also love to fit in hasten somewhere as well as leadership...
As to Soul Darin, I think that it's usage in PvP is pretty occasional and its not worth having. -

You will need reconstruction earlier. Get it at lvl 4 and slot it with 3 heal and 3 recharge SOs. Also I dont think that you will need those EndRed in your attacks. You've got Quick Recovery, Stamina and Dark Consumption. Don't get Siphon Life, it's really a worthless power for a /regen scrapper. Since you are DM yo've got only 3 somehow damaging attacks so you will probably want 2 more attacks from your epic pool. Oh and if I were you, I wouldn't slot IH with 3 heal SOs. IH base regen rate is about 600% (IIRC) and slotting it with 3 SOs isn't necessary. I hope this will help you

You do NOT need any recharge redux in it at all. Aid self got about 25 sec base recharge but the activation time is very long though (about 3 seconds). So if I were you I'd swap those recharge redux on int redux.

Thats how i'd have aid self. I never said anything about "needing". It was my thoughts on how i would slot. The 1 int 2 rechg 3 heal is great on my super reflex and is good enough on 3 of my mates elec/elec blasters, to all of us its about right, especially the recharges.

But in PvP zones if you dont run around like crazy - you are dead, and i dont think that you will stand still for 3 seconds and waiting for heal to work.
And by the way, he's a brute, not a blaster and I dont think that he will need to use aid self that often -
I don't think that you will need 3 Heal Enhancememnts in health. It won't save your life, and it won't reduce your downtime enough to be really noticeable.

1)Slot all your attacks with 3 DMG and 2 ACC (TH DeBuff is optional) if you are going to play with this char in PvP
2)You don't need 3 Heal enhancememnts in Health
3)Slot ToF with 3 ACC and 3 Fear (TH DeBuff isn't neseccery when target is already feared)
3)Put some End mod in Dark Consumption
4)Drop Aid Other and get Stimulant instead
5)Slot Aid Self with 3 Heals and 3 interrupt redux -
