I was able to get the email window to behave last night even after logging out and rebooting my laptop. I resized it to get the claim button away from the spam button and went into options and clicked apply.
I didn't check logging into a different character to see if the window remained the size I had made it though.
So if you change it on one character, it will be where it used to be on the other character.
Best way around it is to set up the windows the way you want em, then hit the save window setting button, and load it on each character. -

While I haven't played the encounter in question yet, the game is designed so that you fight by "standing still and clicking your power buttons over and over". If they want people to fight on the move they should first make it possible to actually do so.

I made a char one based on the Prince of Persia world that had sand powers. But didn't like the char in the end. I remade her into a spines/invuln scrapper. Called her Korundum Kitten, and used crystal spikes colored red, since she been poisoned with chromium!
(mineral lesson of the day: Korundum is a mineral, aluminaoxide, in its crystal form its also known as Sapphire, chromium will color it red and thus called Ruby, korundum is also one of the hardest minerals on earth, a 9 on mohrs scale i believe).
I liked the idea so much i later made her on defiant, same name but this time an earth/earth domme. -

Color the dark aura brown to make it look like sand, then use the crystal spikes for spines and make em white-ish to mimic glass. He could be some kinda silicon dioxide thing!

Well, drones and the likes weren't very fitting with the praetorian world. So they made the tether system, which works fine.
I do think it's rather daft to put a present spawn location right next to the onyl trainer in the area. -
I have to say i like Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt.
It is pretty clear they made the series to squeeze in as much sex jokes they could. It really is my kinda humor
It's just so stupid its funny, imo anyway
