I'm just curious, why isnt thier a bagde for getting 300 badges yet, heros and vilains have over 300 badges now and plus heroes will be getting too the 400 mark soon, plus when badge amounts get that high, getting a new badge for every 100 badges makes sense when it gets that high. Atl east give us a 300 nad a 400 badge in i9.

I'm extremely disappointed that an image of Statesman would be used in such a way. I know that we designed City of Heroes to appeal to "children of all ages." My proudest accomplishment with the game is that many parents (including my brother) play with their children...sharing, I hope, the same joy for the comic book world that I've had ever since I was 8. Oh and about the whole columbine blame game, please! It's the schools fault for not stopping the bullys and properly punishing them and letting the other kid fight back and it's the bullys fault for treating the other kid like crap. Heck, middle school was pure hell for me. I got used as a bob sled down entire flights of stairs, gotten locked in the bathroom, and other things that I dont even wanna mention in this forum. A few of the teachers were in on this too, I almost get kept after school because the teacher thought I diddnt return a a cheap 10 cent pen too her, it was one of those cheap crappy pens that you get out of a 100 pack. And the scary thing is, a few students even said, and I qoute, "I'm gonna laugh when he brings in a gun and starts killing everyone." But I proved them wrong, I built up a shell too it and too this day it's screwed me up for life a bit, it's why I play this game so much, the only freinds I did have havent seen me in years. But I dont think the purpose of this post is too tell you about my personal life, not at all, the point im trying too get across is, video games are an escape from real life, it doesnt glorify it. This jack thompson guy should be beaten too a pulp by every last po'd video gamer like myself. Any counter arguement we make isnt gonna change his mind, he'll just twist it just enough too change it in his favor, that or he'll ignore it.

Wow thanks for the responce Jack, it's just that no one ever complains about costumes costs because you can make millions of influence/infamy in a matter of hours, an example is in RV, you get 50121 influence per pill box turret kill, in sg mdoe, you only 298 prestige and thats only if your soloing and if you've done all of the damage yourself, plus I've gotten influence as high as over 100k inf at the end of a story arc, while I'll only get 300-500 tops prestige in sg mode, I personaly think if prices for all items ( i.e. plot upgrades, control/power items, etc.. were reduced by half, and if prestige income was increased so it would be half of what you would make when not being in sg mode would improve that. Also I hope rent will be better in i8, I have a level 50 sg that has a functioning base and its not very active sometimes, one person alone cant pay for all of that. One more thing that should looked at turnign in prestige at atlas park city hall, the exchange rate is horrible. I think that if thier were a series of 6 personal prestige badges added in, it would encourage people tooo be in sgs more and too stay in sg mode.

Yeah, but he and posi arent gonna listen though, they think spending a crap load of prestige for a base that barley does anything is fun.

James I agree with everything you just said, but unfortunatly the devs just wanna do everything thier way too keep us in the game longer which is complete bs imo, why do you think they put in Ed or other crappypatches too nerf our toons, too keep us playing the game longer, in the w00t radio interview with positron he said that he diddnt want people getting bases easily, [censored] is that?! whats wrong with everyone getting a base easily, it encourages farming which issomething the devs dont want either, I say its our game and we should decide what nerfs happen.
