Quote:You will note good Sir Shia that I have stayed clear of discussing the rule that I despise so i've been on my best behavior .
As near as I can tell Juggy may or may not have traced something and BW and Suichi may or may not be discussing it with him and Red belives that if you don't draw then you may or may not be allowed to post . but the initial discussion may or may not be someone elses ability or inability to remain consistent with a rule im not allowed to discuss I think juggy may or may not have tried to play the white knight card and may or may not have said something to the effect that if your not in a particular contest your not allowed to post oponions but im honestly not sure .I think red may or maynot think that suichi and BW are in a nonstandard catholic relationship as he's refered to them as counterparts or partners he might have meant it differently but I took it to mean that suich and BW are making mad mad art lovins or possiably red and BW were once a couple then after a harsh break up he bears bitterness for the love those two share , possiably as a outside idea Red has feelings for juggs or maybe not and hopes that by playing a white knight he can sink into the warm tattoed man embrace of juggs the squelchy sounds of their love like music to mine ears .
me im just watching a innocent bystander to these proceedings or not
So succinct, Deebs. How were you able to get into so few words.

Quote:The post was a reply to a comment by another, and was likely before the forum swap.Do you mind quoting a source there red as personally your either quoting me because to my knowledge im honestly one of the few folks here that have no intrest in crits from folks that can't be bothered to draw or post art .
Juggs prefers real crits on actual art sites from art contemporaries
suichi loves crits and thinks no one is above them
BW well im failing to find him posting what you just posted so either you pulled it out of your rear or your misquoting .
Now that you bring it up, it may have been your comment and that I have attributed it towards FD, if that is the case the I apologize to him. -
I find it very annoying as well.

Quote:An artist, no I am not. We are all aware of your opinion, and that people who aren't artist shouldn't have one.Are you an artist? Do you do anything to educate people about art? Do you have any stake in people copying the work of other people and using it for their own?
Quote:I do. I'm tired and turned off by seeing people inappropriately take things. And you can drop that counterpart jazz. Suichi has his viewpoint, and I have mine, and we clearly agree on some things and are vocal about it. All I can see you doing here is cheerleading.
Quote:And complaining about threadjacking? You're from Protector. Give me a break. -

*2 to AstralRune for getting a rock* -
Actually, Teamsters is pretty much full on RP now.
Welcome to the game, AstralRune.
A big help is joing some of the various Global Chat Channels like Jello Shooters, Protector Vigilance, and Protector TF's. Those a good starting points in finding out what's going on and what people are up to.
Definitely announce yourself in those, it's much easier to hook up with people than just relying on Broadcast. -
What's really sad is that either you or your counterpart feel the need to constantly regurgitate the same tired comments, hijack threads, and belittle others to make yourselves feel impotent.
I'm sure I'm not the only one that's turned off by it and tired of seeing it. -
For one all of the Devs are not working on one single Issue or GR. There is a team working on GR, and a separate team working on I17, just as there was on I16.
Now, some of them may be working on aspects of both the Issues and GR, but they are not all confined to one issue of the game.
And they were growing the team just shortly after NCSoft acquired the franchise from Cryptic. Matter of fact, during HeroCon '08 They had announced that they were working on something that was going to knock out socks off, which now is obviously GR.
With the info they've released on what's in GR and beyond, I certain that with the team working on I17, and probably a large team on GR, it's not stretch that there is a team working on I19 already (and I18 if there will be one separate form from GR.)
Also, Going Rouge is the paid expansion (not I17.) -

Congratulations to Johnnykat for the Gold medal!
And also to Shia and PyroNympho for their Silver and Bronze medal wins!
Kudos to everyone that competed, there were many great pieces it this one, making it difficult to choose just three. -
Novawolf, are you trying to log in to the test server? Because you do realize that it's still in Closed beta right?

Quote:I haven't played an PnP in something like two years, yet I still have my backpack in my truck, with my box of dice (each set separated of course,) mini's, notebooks, pencils, etc.Would you prefer a sheet of paper, a pencil, a set of oddly shaped dice, and if your lucky a miniature you painted yourself that represents your character? Cuz I still play those games.

Quote:Well, unless WW clarified her statement, she didn't say "server list merge," she said "server merge" and that they were working on an "in-game system."Yes but a server list merge isn't on the cards.
Hence I'd like to see something done to improve things in the EU.
We all know how the Devs are restricted from commenting on things in development. I know a server list merge would be the solution, but if that's not their "in-game solution" I can't wait to see what they actually do come up with. -
The tape/stickie on the mouse is overdone.
I used to take screenshots of my co-workers desktops, move off the screen/turn off their desktop icons, then put the screenshot of their desktop on as it's background.
Swearing usually ensued after several attempt to click on the image of the shortcut. }:> -

Okay, my lineup for the perfect team...
1. Me (Because it would kinda be pointless if I weren't on my own team.)
2. A friend
3. A friend
4. A friend
5. A friend
6. A friend
7. A friend
8. A friend
I think that about covers it. -
I'd suggesting using CoH Helper instead of a DXDiag report, it will provide the needed system info as well as game info. DXDiag loads quite a bit of un-required info that the tech gurus have to wade through.

Quote:My main hero is an empath defender and even I have to admit that no one NEEDS an empath.
I'll also admit that I play as one of those 'I heal and thats about it' types but I didnt have the power or enhancement slots to add any attacks after I took the powers I wanted.
At the same time, an empath is only viable as long as there aren't other defenders available, nothing beats damage prevention but if it isnt there, an empath is a great option.
I play a lot of Defenders. My main (and the very first character I created) is a Kin/Arch and I love playing her on teams.
But I also have an Ill/Em Controller and I really enjoy playing her as well. It's not like they have a lot of attacks at their disposal, but then who needs them with 6 pets.
I usually 5 or 6-slot the AoE Heal, because I generally Hover in the thick of things anyway. The other powers that have 6-slot priority? Recovery and Regen, with AB and Fort on their tails.
It's all about the buffs, baby.Keep the team juiced, and you don't have to worry so much about the heals.

My thought about the whole "Sorry, but we need a healer." teams.
If they need a healer, then it's likely not a team I want to be on. -
Quote:Yeah, not even close to a being an eye-candy shot comparable to the one GG provided.lol. You win this round, Golden Girl.
Wish we were still publishing a COH comic so we could give all the ladies out there some equal opportunity eye candy.
But before I throw in the towel completely, you might to check the last couple pages of Issue 8, where Back Alley Brawler suits up in his new uniform, or the first half of Issue 9, where he opens up a big can of butt-kickery on some goons. You have to admit that there's a certain beefcake factor to the proceedings. -
Seems like an appropriate suggestion...

Quote:I remember when I got my first 64 pack. Sweet! Then Ileft them in the back of Moms station wagon...For real!...I remember having the 64 pack with sharpener too (I think I still have one somewhere O.o) lols.
Thanks for the clarity Wassy.
The resulting puddle was very psychedelic, but Mom was not impressed.
