    Every year on the anniversary of the City launch, they grant a badge to all players who login that day. Apparently the Rikti code will conflict with that. I guess they have a block of "Code du Jour" which would be one, or the other, but not both.

    I'm wondering how effective the existing confuse and fear resistance in tactics are? Maybe these should be increased instead of turning them to protection?

    But IPs are apparently the only ID'ing info, which just says you are served by this ISP in that region.

    Even though there are both Euro and US servers, there are Canadians, Australians, etc, that play this game.

    Incorrect. There will be a way to see if someone was in place to view the ad. Mostly, if you are within X feet of it.

    They did already mention player submitted content would be put in - and the ad spots are re-assigned upon zoning. So when you exit a mission, the ads may of change.

    What good is a costume piece if it cannot be seen? And frankly, I don't want to see Captain Amazings - unless I can "accidentally" fry him (or her) with lethal amounts of electricity. And the prestige bit would be a bad idea. People would complain (rightfully, I think) that they are being punished for not wanting to be exposed to real ads. Some people are sick to death of them already! I live in a place that barely has bus service, and I can't drive around downtown without seeing those ad trucks, and it's been that way for a year now.

    But we are putting no new program from DF on our computers - it will be done by the game itself (by adding changing the code in it)- which means the game's ToS/Clickthrough is what will apply. And Positron, I think (one of the NC^2 guys) stated that the ToS/Eula will not be changed.

    They did mention regional ads - but so far only in the context that Europe will have their own set.

    The game already notes where you are as you move - they mentioned that for it to count you will need to be within so much distance of the billboard. can't recall if it actually has to display on your screen though.

    What I really really want is a more accurate number represented system than the sliders. They are extremely imprecise and adjusting them by eye feels very sloppy to me.

    I also have a major problem with the Backgrounds of the character creation screen, I would prefer a larger opaque lighter colored background so I can see darker details.

    It shows what powers they have. If you click one of the powers in their list, it expands to show all of its detailed information too.

    IIRC, Enforcer is one of several sets that have a "tights" version and a "armored" version - Light would probably be the tights version without the plates.

    Sinister and Justice do this too.

    Why? When the first started this, their intent was all of them. Then, once they realized what that involved, they decided to do the easiest first. Taking a poll would of delayed the work, and would not of made it easier. It would also of just upset the "losers" of the poll.

    Since when is Hide an inherent power? Their inherent power is Assassination, which is basically Scrapper criticals.

    If you're gonna count Hide as an inherent, then Stalkers have two inherents: they get Scrapper inherent criticals and Hide. Is that fair that they get two?

    And if you don't count criticals as an inherent, then Scrappers don't get any inherent.

    Count it however you like, you're still only seeing what you want to see.

    They don't get scrapper crits - for an out-of-hide/placate crit, a stalker's target has to be held or stunned.

    Actually no... Transfusion is targeted and the Area is based off the enemy location. Twilight Grasp is targeted, but the Area is based off of the users location, not the enemy's.

    Twilight grasp does work when mobs fall, transfusion doesnt....which still makes no sense. Wonder if BAB/Castle could look into that one as a minor issue.

    I think it's because dead mobs don't have any endurance, while TG applies a debuff.
