If the IO mentions a duration of 120s (specifically for 120s after use of the power if slotted in a click power) then it's a proc-like enhancement, not a global. Check both in Character Creation and Tailors. I seem to recall for some people it was restored to one and not the other.

First time I've seen this, but I rarely hit up the market when something has less than a hour left. Seems like a pretty bad mistake that could have been easily fixed a long time ago. -

Actually, those are Global Effect IOs, which is a bit different than a Proc.
It is always on, regardless of if the power is on. Unless you exempt more than three levels below the level of the IO. I will even work (assuming the IO is low enough) if you exempt below the level where you even have access to the power. -

IIRC, there's a "auto-correction" the game will do sometimes when slots are messed up. that's why they can't "legacy" it in, IIRC.
And I think it was all unqiues. Not sure though. -

Actually, the first four missions, IIRC, in Moonfire, when set for 6, do contain enough for the badges. A full group, definitely (if no one starts defeating before everyone zones in)
As a checklist, it's a nice little sheet, although it's pre-Freedom, and in fact pre-incarnate.
When going after Dimensional Warder for Portal Jockey, remember Null the Gull in Pocket D - one of the things he does is keep track of who you have fought previously. -

Much shorter time to use in regular combat, but not as much damage as a full assassination attack from hidden. But still very respectable damage. It's a great attack for in melee now, on top of being the best sneak attack option.
Most of your primary powers give a stack (or at least have a chance to give a stack) of Assassin's Focus. -

With staff you can use the powers in any order.
Other than two of the powers requiring you be in the momentum state (which Titan Weapon's build gives you as well as any other attack in the set) same with Titan weapons.
Yes they are both smashing, that's just how it happens. Hopeful the next Melee set is not. -
