I have been stuck on Stage 4 @ 97% for a day now. For some reason it just will not download anymore. I wanted to do the Mako event while I was away from home on business trip but I do not see that happening tomorrow.
Sigh... Oh well at least I am not missing out on a badge or anything

So Legacy Celestial would have the chrome effect currently on live, and basic Celestial would have the non-chrome effect. -

Well, at least I can chalk it up to that account-wide bit limitation why badges, or at least accolades, or at the very least stuff-in-general-that-you-have-no-reason-to-do-over-again-on-every-character-to-access are per character and not global.

Sustain is a form of downtime reduction, I guess you could say. I think both of those powers simply give a Recovery/Regeneration buff - Lightning Clap is something you could use with no enemies around, and also gives you a "get away from me" power.

By the way, Player Questions is more in-game oriented. For tech issues, there is (Under the Development heading) the ALL ACCESS : Gameplay and Technical Issues forum, which is for exactly this kind of issue. Even has a sticky with instructions on how to give them info about your setup to help you better. -

As far as Nature Affinity - the last powerset's Intrepid Informer explicitly said at the bottom "coming next week". Nature Affinity's did not, merely soon.

In case it comes up - while all members of a team must be in the same instance, different teams in the same league don't have to be.

As far as the backstory - In WWII, Praetorian Cole pretended to die by nuke.
He re-appeared after the DE/Hamidon surfaced (years ahead of Primal Hamidon) and the US government decided nuke Shroud City, Cole's hometown.
He ended up "winning" and getting "elected" ruler of the world, etc. Then leads into Steele's bit above. -
The SSAs have a single rewards timer - it' shared on all of them for the week. The first run just happens to be a freebie.

General notes about powersets -
Fire sets deal more average damage
Cold is more control (slow/hold) and single target oriented
Dark is more control (fear/other "soft" mez) and -To Hit
Electric likes to minor in endurance drain.
Lethal damage sets like -Defense
Smash tends to -Defense and - Resistance
Psionic tends to slows and odd levels of bein resisted. -
I tend to pick Absorb over heal other on my controllers, but so far all my /emps have been something with a confuse. I'd rather have the extra cheap heal for emergencies.
