TonyV - I seem to recall the original issue was Z, or his immediate predecessor, was trying to be helpful, and get them to set the logout to 30 days. SOMETHING in that broke something in the system, and not only was the change reverted, but that's when they put us on the "8 hour session" with the borked(? At least, we've never been told it's intentional) cookies that are self-terminate on browser close.

It used to be fine with changing IPs. If they're worried about the password being jacked, well, they're the ones that made us use the same for the game. -

Revamp Synapse and Citadel and the Freedom Phalanx TF series is no longer a chore. Manticore and Numina's aren't bad at all. -
I have no sympathy, but then I duo's the last half or so on a Dark Scrapper without the Psi shield and was paired with a fire tank.
We lucked out begging in /b after clearing the last mission to CK, and a highlevle loaded us up with big insps

Assuming I wake up in time, I'm looking forward to this experiment. I'd like to be able to watch Coffee Talk on my tablet while playing CoH on the PC, and Ustream's Android app stuttered to the point of being unwatchable, even on a quad-core tablet. That being said: I can't find the paragonstudios channel on the Android client, it only shows up in my browser. Is this because it's not currently streaming? I guess I'll find out tomorrow.

Are you sure on this? I've heard others claiming that you have to BE a VIP currently to use any VIP t9+ reward. I think it should work the way you claim, but I can't personally test it.

Also, as far as Vorpal goes - the teleport effect is because they can't figure a nice way to get a "charge" attack in.
That's the only reason why Shield Charge has the teleport.
Note there have been instances of characters (Sloth from FMA:Brotherhood comes to mind) where a big slow tank type is able to move FAST.
And usually comes to a stop by running into things, not capable of turning. In the comics/cartoons I recall watching, Juggernaut was able to get moving, but only in straight lines. -
One big thing to note about the ATO sets - each one has a 8.75% (or so) Global Recharge bonus in the standard set. This goes to a standard purple recharge bonus if you make it superior.

Zwisntinchargeoftheforumsoftware told us that the timeout was set to 8 hours intentionally by the Seattle web team for security.
We found through our own testing that some of the cookies were being deleted when the browser was closed.
This is why if you close the browser and then immediately re-open it you will have to log in again.
After all, NOBODY posts from a mobile web device.
