Alright, I know theres alot of CoX supporters in here and most can't stand me because of my critical thinking of the many things I can't stand about this game. But, I do really like this MMO and wish it all the best...I just wish certain things would happen to bring back some of my friends from the past and present. One is my title itself, a full respec is many times better then making 50-50's and or deleting a toon because of room! I have always gotten the..."That will NEVER happen people" to the, "I wish that too!" So, there are other things, but for now...I was told to post on the forums from other GM's. Anyways, whether you like the idea or hate it, I figured I would ask for it in a nice way and say..."Please!"

One of the worst ideas ever. The game isn't that hard. If you want a 50 in a new powerset, roll a new toon and get started. Even without powerleveling or farming, the ride to 50 can be much shorter than you might think. Allowing players to change powersets would be an awful way to ruin the game.
This will never happen. The devs work in the interest of keeping people subscribed to the game as long as possible. If they were to allow such a shortcut to allow you to experience playing as a level 50 with any powerset you want instantly, many people would get bored and move away from the game in a shorter time than if they would playing regularly.

I'm really fickin sick of this problem and the fact that Poison is sooo watered down with it's debuff's and no AoE heal (Like Thermal/Dark/Emp/PD). Can the Poison MM's please get a respec on second power set. I would would love to have something other then Poison, I totally hate this power and do not or should not have to reroll AGAIN! After issue 13, this set went to total HELL and if this power set doesn't get fixed or we have a respec out of it...why pay for a NO fun MMO? Also, with thugs running off...i'm an even worse target and at 14.95 a month i'm wondering why I pay this!!!!!

Energy seems to be the most lacking of the Brute armors. But I think with perseverance, you could factor in a lot of the rapid killing in Claws to help with the holes in your defenses. I've never gotten a /EA very high at all, so don't count on my words here, I'm only going by Mid's.

Thunderstrike/Total Focus, and other animations like them: a non-jump-in-the-air animation
Archery: Crossbows (pie-in-the-sky, I know)
For Blast sets: animations that have the blast coming from the chest area
For Psychic sets: alternative animations where the hands are used to focus them, instead of the head (I know this makes little sense, but all of the animations around the head just turn me off of these sets a lot of the time) -
I think this is a great idea, but to me the Dev's seem to like to tweak the game over and over to much, to add something like this! I'm also pretty sure they did think about this, but then things got messy in the board room about the Incarnate system and pooooof...gone. If they haven't thought about something like this, then they should be fired!

I think looking through the comments, I got to it first...Nerf'd (Alpha Slot) - Future action seen! How about a First and Secondary Power respec...I would love to be able to change the powers of my MM. I would even pay $5.00 dollars for this to be brought into effect over an...Alpha Slot!!

So, I guess now everytime theres a patch im going to get this: failed to rename C:\Program Files (x86)\City of Heroes\cityofheroes.exe to C:\Program Files (x86)\City of Heroes\cityofheroes.old ????? Everything was fine till today I guess, I wasn't on till now 7:00 pm and then...Bing...Windows 7 says: NO!

- more salvage,recipe and enhancement storage space

Patch note questions are not silly, thats why they don't post them right after now! They patched today and now for some reason I keep getting an Updater Error message! I can't even get through the damn Updater now!!!!! I was told by Kitsune Knight, to delete the Checksum and that should fix it....nope, deleted it and restarted update and at 8.4MB out of 12 it stops and gives me an Error message!!!

I'm getting an Error message on Updater! I deleted the Checksum on C:\Program Files (x86)\city of heroes and still have the same problem! All this seems to be a problem after the 4am downtime today!!! DAMN IT!!!

You don't have those files (Windows might be hiding the file extension, so it might APPEAR like it's named 'cityofheroes')? Try deleting "Coh.checksum" in C:\Program Files (x86)\City of Heroes\ to force the updater to reverify all files.

Try right clicking on the shortcut you use to start CoX and selecting 'Run As Administrator' (don't use the pinned icons on the task bar on Windows 7). You don't have the appropriate permissions to update the updater, it would appear.
