  1. here, I took a couple minutes and modified that one a bit, you dont need phase 3 slotted for recharge with the no phase timer it has a 90 Don't know why you slotted the kismet +6% acc in invis, have it in a toggle you will have on all the time like stealth, so I moved it there. Invis needs only the initial slot. How about expense does it matter? because this one would be oh so expensive but dull pain is perma, so hp is capped. Moved the numina and miracle procs into fast healing that way they are always active. Use what you want of it, or none of it. but here.

  3. There is a dedicvated vent server for this event, correct? pretty easy for Kat to see who is on each team, since each team gets it's own channel. I am not a captain, and also not really have ever been on the server so there is no previous drama between me and Bud so it is an outside look in so... I have no problem with Bud listing allof his accounts on the same line whatever, and his nephew playing a toon on one of them. Now as in everyother ladder if you have multiple accounts listed then only one of them can be in a match at one time. He can still participate that way still but only him or Bud can be in a match at a time. You have 4-5 players on a team so if bud isnt in then it is his nephew and 2-3 others, now if him and the captain of the team he is facing each have all 5 people on and agree to do a 5v5 then it should be allowed. If we get our 5th then I would love to do all our matches as 5v5's.....

    Definately revert travel suppression back to I-12, being attacked and getting suppressed is just so lame.

    Cut back on the Heal Decay to actually allow a healing type support toon to be able to do their primary job.

  11. As the title states, the View Event Results button does not show the score of a completed arena match. The only way for you to see the score is if you played in said match or were observing it. Problem started with GR going live.

    ummm...These are horrible, RPing, FiteKlub, Tru Warrir ideas, are you honestly saying that there should:

    a) be no teams because teaming and getting kills reduces rep due to being on said team
    b) if you try to evade or break LOS, as any sane person would do if trying to not die, then you lose rep.
    c) 5 times to kill one person to get rep, that would just allow people to get knocked down 4 times then zone out.
    c) everyone should just stand and slug it out, toe-to-toe, because that is what each AT's specialty is right?? I mean a blaster isn't really supposed to be a ranged attacker, it is supposed to stand there with it's 1606 capped hp and slug it out with the tank/scrapper/brute with 2400-3500 hp that may be a regen with instant healing running or w/e, no matter that they have almost double the HP. Shouldn't we juay ask the devs to also remove inspiration use in all PvP, because if it is not a power you have then you shouldnt be able to use them, Heroes in comic books don't carry little inps around with them............ Riiiiiiiiight, again just more horrible ideas.

    How about this, we just ask the devs to take away all travel powers, all ways to team in a PvP zone and make everyone that zones into a PvP zone actually just zone into an arena cage match that is just big enough to fit those 2 toons in melee range and they go at it and when that fight is over they auto zone into some other cage with some other person......lol.

    This crap is the mentality that got the Devs to put in the anti-spike code in i-13 that was removed because it is one of the stupidest things I have every heard of . No matter what a team should always be able to kill the lone, tru-warrir.

    It is pretty easy to figure out, if you are a solo player attempting to fight a team, you will be defeated, so get a team of your own and co-ordinate and not attempt to solo fight a bunch of different battles all over the map.

    The draw of this games PvP is the movement, why ruin it with having to make people stand around and Fireklub it out?
  15. How about the view event results button not working at all, the only way to see the score of an arena match is to be in it or observing it, once it is over there is no way to see the score.

    with wp you will be hp capped with a couple so's slotted in high pain threshold.
    you can waste a ton of inf building a nin for high def that just gets smacked with the DR bat.

    right now elec/wp is probably the one you will see the most. Due to easy hp capping with wp and due to thunderstrike being broken.

    The thing is that if everyone has the same things then it is only skill that determines the outcome, not some random person, that happened to farm for hours and hours a day or one with multiple accounts that PvP IO farmed every night since they were available, that has glad jav procs in every ranged power therefore out damages the other persons toon just because they have said enhancements. If everyone has the same enhancements then it is all down to builds, team strategy, team makeup and skill; and let me tell you not everyone has the same builds for each AT. Some blasters go force/leadership, others force/phase, and others cold/leadership, and then for other AT's there are many different builds, do they go max hp or sacrifice hp for something else and then they may use different sets to attain what they are looking for in said build. Let me tell you that some of those build choices are keys in the outcome of the matches.

    They aren't, any drooling, mouth breathing, half brain dead person can build a /regen and switch it over to a vil, get hibernate and now should be unkillable, unless the person playing it actually dies or walks away from the computer, but playing one as your first PvP toon will give you bad habits like standing around, and not learning to evade, just to name a couple.
  21. Yeah, not real sure what I did, other than ask, way back, what the chance of 8 or so of the people that did this ever making a team and joining the test ladder would be. I have know 3 people that played on Pinnacle, one still does, Kara, and the other 2 stryker and sabin have both moved on to other things so I really don't get how I was ever caught up in the whole drama thing. Myself and 3 friends just wanted to come have some fun since transfers were free. The only "elitist mentality" I have seen so far is from your side. I know that if any team put up a roster thread on the PvP boards and said they were going to be joining the test ladder they would get a bunch of "Welcome to the ladder" and "Do you wanna set up a practice" replies, pretty sure they wouldn't be met with "you are not entering our ladder" posts followed by my team drops then, attitudes that the few of us have recieved. My theory has always been the more the merrier, if there are more teams it only means more matches, be it practices or official ones and if someone has the problem where they like to smack talk or w/e, who cares, it is only a game and there is always the option of ignoring them. Hell it wasnt like the team we were thinking of bringing would have been stacked with psi/em's and PvP IO's, I had transfered a rad and a fire blaster. Like I said it was to just be for fun. It's not like you win a million dollars if you are in 1st place and if your e-peen can't take a defeat in a game then.....

I have 3 people that have transfered toons to Pinn for this but and we are waiting on the 4th and 5th, my question now is, after reading the rules, where does it say that a team that posts a roster can be voted out survivor style before they even get a chance to have a match against anyone. I know there is a rule that says as long as the captains vote something it can be played on like the previous match with the tie and then the following rounds being fought as they were. No where does it say that the captains can say no to a team entering, so I would think that the roster would go up and then a challenge is made, if challenged team does not want to fight the challenger then they would just choose to forfiet. It is all for fun anyway, right. You would be amazed at how civil most people can be if they are not met with hostility immediately upon them posting anything. So again just really posting because I have 3 and waiting on the other 2 and didnt see the team can only enter the ladder by popular vote anywhere in the rules so I am kinda confused and if everyone else that tries to enter is gonna get the no vote then it is pointless to have anyone else transfer anything. And wouldn't letting more teams in solve the "haven't had a match in a month" problems.
    We are really interested in joining up for some fun .
