Think the're still leveling toons but its so slow since they like to pvp with level 38 32 toons etc in warburg.

As people have said before there are different advantages of being an ill/troller. You get PA to make coordinating attacks harder, you get invis + a free pool if you want to take leadership etc. And dont forget powerboost.

I think elistan keeps his stealth IO in sprint. Cos he always seems to have that powerslide thingie on.

All you're lacking now is a power boost that recharges 50 seks faster

may i add that the elec/elec was a newb.

Besides I was mostly afk that night and offending on my empath so wasn't really buffing.

add a heal/rech harmonized healing to ab, steal it from the dmg io in cosmic burst. Other then that the build looks great, you could take out an attack for conserve power and free up some slot for more movement in sj etc, but this build looks awsome .

now we just need some pentad action
