There's also the factor that, Villains do their villainy mostly in a seperate country, that does'nt like to deal with Paragon at ALL. Quite a bit of their career might not be known in Paragon.

It's not like he used to work for Recluse or kidnap homeless people for a mad scientist or anything, at least, not that I know of, I think I can give him a second chance."

I would definitely like for sets that branch into multiple concepts to have options that unify it.

All Hammer or no hammer for stone, all Sword/No Sword for Fire/Ice,
and all Mouth/Head or No Mouth/Head(also known as "wave your hands in the air") for Poison.

I'd also like a No-screaming animation set for sonics, using the same or similar animations of other Buff/Debuff and ranged sets. For people who are using hand-held devices or non-voice based powers.

Stiff wings that open out in flight, but don't flap would be nice, sort of like retractable jet wings, or gargoyle wings.

A Throwing blades set would suit me more for the "natural" Assault set, Half dual blades/Half throwing knives.

I think it's safe to say that a good amount of concepts go beyond what the game allows us to make, or leave us wanting in a few areas in terms of effectiveness.

I figured it might be nice to share stories of builds constructed around concepts, Concepts Constructed of builds, concepts sacrificed for gameplay, and just have a general discussion of the interaction between character concept and gameplay.

Yeah, I mean, that Build is a good jumping off point to prevent:

I would imagine that, any back items would be programmed like wings, to move in response to various movements, and that's the reason they're taking so long.
