    This. This like what-what-in-the-butt.
  2. The character in the foreground is also clearly wearing pants, instead of the usual tights on monstrous legs the Character in the back looks to be using either a hooded head or just a monstrous head we haven't considered yet, implying that there will be more than just monstrous heads(The silhouette doesn't seem to have anything on it we don't currently have, so I assume it's something to do with the face/head options) or more than the three we've seen.
  3. As happy as I am with getting these powers, It's only because they're the only way we can get them. Ideally a pool power would have been made with a Version of Ninja run that didn't change the animations as the "proper" movement power and just been released as a normal part of the game. Anybody who wanted the conceptual benefits of the power get it. Then Ninja/ Beast and whatever else runs would be released via booster and function as Prestige sprints, I just hope they don't stop trying to come up with useful bonus powers for boosters in lieu of more ninja run clones.

I think Westin Phipps arcs being(to me) the most morally polarizing in the game is probably the basis for using their aspects in morality missions.
  5. Oddly enough, I'd really like more claw options that are visibly weapons held in the hands, like spiked brass knuckles and claws that extend from different angles on the hand, all of the claws we have now jut out from the back of the hand wolverine style, and none of them actually look like something the character is holding in their hands. I think if they explore these different points of attachment similar to the difference between all the maces in the mace power-set and the one police baton, we might be able tom come up with a more satisfying solution to the claws issue.

Just have them transform from the mittens to clawed hands the same way they transform from mittens to fists now.
They don' "transform" into fists, the mittens are designed with three bends in them, one at the wrist, one at the end of the "palm" and the thumb. This way they can move in the way they are supposed to. They don't "Transform" they just close like hands. What you're talking about is more akin to peacebringer or Stone armor transformations, but only at the hands, and, presumably with customization to match the costume options.
  7. KM Is my absolute favorite melee set right now, and as for the animations, I hope whoever they had do them work on the animations for all future sets, I love them that much.

The slow comment is silly considering I have the first attack on auto on my brute and it actually get's annoying the way it slips in my attack chain before I can use what I want because it's so damn FAST

Pretty sure all Arachnos Soldiers get fingers too.

  10. Someone mentioned modular peices akin to the ones in the Science pack that could be used in multiple ways. That's my hope. My speculation?

Some more options in the "Monstrous" heads, hands, and legs with enough to fill the gaps in between them, maybe a new type of wings, new tails, Animals to be used are pretty obviously Feline and Bird at the very least. Maybe an additional canine. Plus the usual if it's a "Super Booster" Two-to-three Emotes, Two-To- Three costume changes, a power, they'd be crazy not to make it a quadrupedic ninja run type of thing. But I've been surprised before. That's IF it's an official "Super" booster, and not just a booster, in which case it might just be a few emotes and costume pieces. Can we get any official word on whether or not a SUPER booster is in the works or just a regular booster?

With ninja run I barely take travels any more, if im doing an MO, ill just hover there instead!
I might be able to squeeze some set bonuses out of Sprint/quickness/Lightning reflexes I might be concerned with being able to get ffrom here and there and taking movement into consideration when making my "tight" build and might even be part of what makes it so.

    I am correcting you again..
    His name is Mobilise
Tonight was fun would love to do it or something like it again!
edit: Also Johnny Turbo's Link points to Cyber Azure's page
  13. Yeah, gonna chime in and agree with Grav/Energy Dominator or Grav/Kinetics(or force-field ) controller
edit: Also, Grav's effects are more along the subtle lines usually seen in Telekinesis(which is more often then not completely invisible in it's effects)

Ninja run and a single IO in Hurdle 59.3 MPH jump speed and 41.7 ft with the second, 66.6 MPH and 44.4 ft.
Obviously there's some debate and some number crunching involved(however small) to get it up to a full level in a tight build so I figured I'd ask. thanks much all.
  15. More specifically, are their any written guides concerning turning ninja run into a proper movement power, and if so, are they up-to-date concerning inherent fitness, since I know Hurdle/Swift/Sprint/Lightning Reflexes/Quickness is a big part of making it work.

I'm looking to find out how much slotting is needed where.
  16. /signed, it's already been done in DA, shouldn't be hard to do it for stalker hides
  17. 80+ backlogged question, Oh my...

Well, there will still be comic books, but the readership will distill itself down to a very specific group of people. And that group is not called "women."

I'm reminded of a joke about two men in a lifeboat. One takes out a pistol and shoots a hole into the bottom of the boat right next to the other guy, and water starts leaking into the boat. He fires another shot right next to the other guy and water starts leaking into the boat from that hole. The other guy pulls out his pistol and says "two can play that game..."

Oversexualizing men in comics would be fair on paper, but not really in real life. It would be like telling a woman who got flashed on the street by someone to get even by flashing them back. Fairness is not always symmetrical, because people aren't.
The point was more that women are Idealized Sexually whereas men are idealized based on things they can do, strength, speed, e.t.c.
and that acting like they are the same thing (and therefore equal) is incorrect, I proved this point by showing images of men idealized the same way women often are, which is distinctly different than the way they(male characters) normally are.
  19. Did I just jump into the middle of some other conversation?

If you looked at say, some african tribe where they fine a long neck to be sexy, every male and female, villain and hero would all have long necks (though i think the long neck thing is female only, but if it were male too they'd have it too)
I am sooooo glad you posted this nonsense, because I've been wanting to use this for SOOOO long
Comics are sexist in much the way the entire rest of our society is sexist/hetero-centric.
Men and Women are idealized differently in comics to represent the ideals of their creators.
Men are idealized and represented for their strength and character, women for their appearance. It'll be equal when every male character is represented the same as every female character, *** and package first...
    LIKE THIS!

  21. Maybe the "two to tango" reference is something t o do with PVP?
  22. I have been able to MASSIVELY flesh out my back-story from the rather crappy alien-abduction related origin I originally planned for this character to something more involved. I DO really kind of want to meet some of you guys in-game now...
  23. So after every mission, you can immediately exit by clicking the exit button in the nav screen.. Wouldn't it be nice if you could use special animations while you did that instead of just disappearing?

Even better, what if you could do that when logging out?

    Awesome right?

Basically all the needed emotes are already there, the Costume change emotes seem perfectly fitted for leaving the game in numerous ways.

Add to that the Summoning and Dismissing animations for henchman, and a few more such as an up-up and away flying/jumping animation, the animation for teleporting, a backflipping ninja run jump animation and probably a few I'm not remembering.
