i13 has always been a filler of an issue, due to drop of i14.
The PvP changes were unexpected however but its not really done much in attempts to get people to play it, theres no reason for casual players to PvP, no rewards no incentive.

My Thoughts Of I13

Random mapserver losses again which I havent had since I12, how come every issue it pops its ugly head up again but a week or so later it goes again?

People are expecting a lot more from the devs nowadays compared to a year ago, and this issue just wasnt up to scratch.

Also its clear that now the people in charge are trying to tempt some of the WoW and Warhammer market over here by all the swords shields and magic kit they got going. This worries me deeply, im really tired of these weapons sets. The only other weapons sets id like to see would be spears and pistols, thats it.

I hope the devs realise that most of the players that are here, are here because they dont particularly like WoW. Ive seen enough games plummit because they have attempted to copy WoW. If CoH goes in the same direction thats it for me with MMO's.

I am staying on CoH for the time being and I am enjoying shield, but its very much getting to the point where its the same content over and over.

Also it seems that villains are getting neglected more and more every issue. Since the release of VEATs theres not been much good going on villain side except pain domination, which i still havent tried because i can see it been a farmers favorite.

As the title says, what are everyones impressions of i13 so far?

thats really good to be honest, i was expecting a lot lower defence and resistance figures.

Hi, as the title suggests, has anyone got the resistance and defence values of shields powers for level 50 when IOed up?

Mids hasnt got an update yet so I was looking towards getting some information here so I can plan a build.

Preferably it would be great if it could be posted in a format such as this:

Power name
Value/s
Recharge Time (if applicable)

Any Information would be great.

If you do an arena event what level range are you thinking?

yeah mines an old PSU i checked and it doesnt have one.

Its annoying because at the minute I have a 3d card thats good as nothing but a paperweight, and from the size of the thing it would be a bloody good one.

its a neat idea but you will get people showing up that are veteran pvpers just to annoy people.
Theres no real way to distinguish if there seasoned pvpers or not. They could always be on an alt.
I would love to join but currently i dont think im ready for it yet from my tryouts on test.
As the stalker group said on test before it went live 'haha l2p noob' i dont think im that good, at least thats what i think they were trying to get across despite a 3 on 1 ganking.
No im not crying about it, pvpers have worked hard to learn the skills needed to fight unfairly

ok heres my luck, i get the new card, only to find out this crazy adapter i need to connect to the power supply, isnt actually supplied.

So im kinda stuck now with no new shiny to play with

ok i realise this is a little off the original topic, but upon plugging in the XFX 8800GTS, i get a loud beeping noise on computer.
It made me jump and computer doesnt load, after reading the instructions i just want to check ive got this right, the cables direct from the power supply to the comp need to go directly through the card rather than the motherboard?

It just seems a little weird to me so i thought id better check so i dont get a massive kaboom.

Aww shame, reason i asked is an old friend of mine with a top of the range pc took a screenshot of his charecter ages ago, and it looked miles better than mine so I just put it down to the pc.

The settings definately are on full i checked manually, it tends to be the facial textures that look different on mine graphically.

Are the NVidia Force settings useable with CoH? I havent tried it as of yet because of fear il break the game lol.

I currently have a AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core 3800+, runs at 4ghz. I have 2gb RAM and a Geforce 8400GS 3d card.

I have just paid for a 8800GTS 3d card, but im already playing CoH on full settings and full resolution with a good frame rate.

When the new 3d card comes, would it make any difference graphically to CoH other than a better frame rate?

Also if its not swords and sorcery, why release the past few issues weapon customisation and shields followed by this booster?

Im not saying its all swords and sorcery but theres definately been a lot more work in that area lately.

i like the twisted king and twisted shadow best in that lot, good designs and layouts. Gonna have to play around and get decent layout of my own.

all i can say about those is wow. I especially like captain andromeda because i tried myself to get a decent costume out of the butler tux piece and i couldnt manage it.

If anyone feels up to it though, I was attempting to make a martial artist type one using the butler tux because of the design on the back, but i cant really manage it well.

Something that looks like olden day china type ones on a female model. Much like Dynasty Warriors type look. I dont have access to samurai parts which doesnt help, but I have up to Angel wings vet reward (1 year 6 months Zealous badge)
