No idea where I should post this. It's not really a guide but I thought perhaps some folks might find it useful.

I like to plan my builds out ahead of time using Sherk's Hero planner. Unfortunately that is rapidly becoming obsolete. . When I9 hits most of that planners awesome data base will be too outdated to use effectively I am sad to say.

I have no knowledge of coding or time to put that knowledge to use creating a hero builder even if I did have the knowledge. To ease the build process I created a simple character sheet.

It's far from perfect but it is getting the job done for me. If anyone wants to use it feel free. If anyone wants to modify it to improve the layout by all means do. Just post the result so I can use it too.

Sorry to hear about this bit of miscomunication. I would like to applaud you on your handling of the situation.
Telling your tale is a good idea to be sure. It also may have been tempting to "name names" which you did NOT do. That was also good.
There is no need to begin some petty campaign against siad artist to express your disappointment. I only bring this up as I have seen it done on these very boards not so long ago. It very quickly degenerated into a flaming of the OP.

OK so I have a n00b question.

Many of the IO's used in the examples say that these bonuses last for 120 seconds. I am assuming that is not the case if they are slotted in a passive power like Health but that the effect is then always on? Is that correct?

I must go relieve tension now.

That's Dull pain in the invulnerability set I believe. I have a level 50 SS/Inv Tanker and I think those two powersets would work very well with your concept. Many of the trolls also exhibit SS powers as well.

You can't put up an auction for infl.
What I mean by that is, you can't say, I am selling 2 mil infl for 30 infl, thats just stupid.

The only griefing that could happen is you listing something expensive like an HO to get to an alt on another server for say 2 mil infl and someone else buys it, but then that is your fault for having the list price so low.
